I have been waiting for my refund for more than 3 weeks and Nobody responds to my email anymore!I tried to return two items due to extremely small sizes so I contacted their customer service, which is basically the only contact point of this company. Followed their instructions in the email, I mailed the two items to their warehouse. Once the delivery of the items was confirmed, I contacted them again to ask for my refund. I got an email telling me they will start processing my refund right away and I should be able to receive it within 3 days. Now it has been more than 3 weeks, I’ve never seen my refund coming through since then. I contacted them again and again, got NO response at all. It seems there's NO other way you can contact them other than that sigle email address. It really frustrates me.
Here are some updates: after I made reviews here and on facebook, Instagram. Somebody finally reached out to me and processed my refund. If you are attracted by their Instagram advertisement and want to give it a shot, please think twice, since very likely you are getting something way too small and then you will fell into the same rabbit hole like me. It’s NOT free return and it’s refund processed sucks.read more

I'd rate 5 stars, but the time of arrival was truly high, and the guhsi pants ripped on the second use.Nevertheless, they were always kind and everything went okay.read more

I've ordered about three times now and I'm quite happy with the quality of material and fit also the delivery,management and costumer service. However on my last order the quality of the pants just wasn't the same they were very uncomfortable gave of too much static I couldn't wear them. It was just that one time though. I don't know but the material was different. But hopefully it won't happen again. Because I do want to order more of those cool pants.read more
