Am forced to use this app by my HR who uses it to send payslips.
Kivra never asked for my permission and shared my details with everyone.Suddenly I was receiving communication for Skatteverket, Bolagsverket, Försäkringskassa and random companies like Åhlens. I only realized too late when I got reminder letter from one of the government authorities that I had missed a deadline.
I would delete it if I could but have to keep it to receive my payslips. I have gone into the settings to try to disable them from automatically sharing my details. The option does not seem to exist. It seems I can only deny the company access AFTER Kivra has shared my details with them.
Invasive. No respect for privacy. I am writing a complaint to the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten , the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection. My personal data is something that I should have control over according to GDPR and they should not be allowed to share it with whomever they want to.

Maintained by a pair of inbreds - couldn't be worse. It gives me a headache everytime I have to use their horrible "website" or "apps".It's not hard to do it right, but these guys have gone far to make it as horrible as possible. With 70 employees one would expect it to be at least "average", but this is a good example of how bad apps become when degenerates are in charge of them. They're sadly not even able to self-improve so this review is useless.

You loose overview completely of where you sign in your bankID, you go from app to app for a single payment and log in everywhere.Impossible to feel safe doing payments.

Kivra has misused my email address for 1 year now and I cannot make them to delete my email address permanently.They keep sending me emails even though I never confirmed my email address (because I don't have a kivra account) and they also started to send me builds that were not even to me! Very low security, I would not trust them at all.

UPD after Kivra's reply: I can equally well log in with BankID wherever I am.Your claims that Mobilt BankID is safer or more convenient are false. Difficult to see why you cannot implement both options.

KIVRA has poor service

Joined KIVRA to easily collect and view my bills etc. But now that I work abroad and only have access to KIVRA with my bank ID installed on my computer,KIVRA does not accept this but I have to get a Mobile Bank ID. I work next to the wilderness with a bad internet and come home to Sweden in 3 months. And KIVRA does not accept BANK ID as I do business with daily.
So I will leave KIVRA ASAP.
