Wish I could give it no stars. Cannot upload my music. I called customer service and after the phone rang forever,I was eventually disconnected. This went on four different times and finally someone answered. They just said hello. I asked if this was Kizoa Customer Support and was told in an annoying tone, "Yes it is." I could barely understand the man and he was very inpatient with me and hung up on me. I think I should get my money back.

Undependable, Unreliable and Unethical

I have been a long term PAID subscriber to Kizoa with BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP ($299.00 PACKAGE)!Their services are entirely too expensive to lack functionality when needed! I have been trying to download a movie LITERALLY since 7: 00 AM and it remains stuck at 99% (as of 4:43 pm). I received an email indicating a download error therefore I restarted it and I am still having the same problem. I have called their customer service line numerous times today and there is consistently no answer! I was depending on Kizoa to meet my needs for a work project that was due this morning! I am beyond upset and I need to know how to request a refund from what looks to be a "Lifetime" of a useless time consuming product! I posted this comment on their facebook page and it was deleted within an hour and I still have not received a reply! If they have gone out of business or if their site is down, SOMEONE should have enough courtesy and respect for their paying customers to let them know before over 12 HOURS are spent customizing movie slides! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would!

A COMPANY LACKING IN PROFESSIONALISM - A PROGRAM LACKING IN ANY SOPHISTICATION

Several years ago I naively purchased a Premium membership with Kizoa, believing that this
would be an excellent platform for producing my video/slide shows.While I wasn’t looking for sophistication,
I did seek a program capable of performing basic editing. What they promised in their introductory preview
was in fact misleading:
• editing capabilities are poorly developed;
• almost every time I attempt to use the program for creating a new video or editing
an existing one, I encounter technical new glitches;
• each time I make a single edit on the music timeline, the program freezes forcing me to re login;
• saved transitions and music mysteriously disappear;
• texts appear off-centered;
• numerical ordering of my 100 plus saved videos become completely garbled making retrieval a nightmare;
• downloading is an endless process.
Last year, for four months, the company didn’t answer its phones nor respond to my emails. When I was finally able to
communicate with them, I was given the following response:
• “we’re in the process of upgrading; bear with us for a few more weeks.
Months have passed without any visible improvement:
• the number of editing capabilities have continued to disappear;
• Kizoa’s customer service in Paris, London and the US are no longer reachable;
• should I want to go back to a previous window, I am forced to re login;
• I can no longer retrieve many of my completed videos. Many video/slide shows
appear to have been erased or gravely altered;
• a new message appears on the homepage. “WARNING, due to an exceptional fire
at one of the data centers of our supplier, OVH ICloud, some of your photos, music
and gifs cannot be displayed in your account. We sincerely apologize for the
inconvenience and will do our very best to get your data back online as soon as
possible”
This is not a guarantee, and the possible loss of year’s of personal memories is more
than just an inconvenience.
Kizoa falls short of being a professional program and I give it the lowest marks in all areas.

Video Editing Software is Rife With Problems

I had better experience with this video editing software when it was teh free version.I was able to upload directly onto YTube, but since I purchased a subscription, the software is rife with problems.
1. Does not upload directly onto yt as it says I have no account, therefore I have to download each video which can take up to an hour per video
2. Had issues with adding music, which even though it plays okay, once it's uploaded onto a third party video site, the music plays over the video clips. I reported this, but they don't respond.
3. When I add MP4s, they take a long time to upload, often fail, and it's a waste of time.
4. Customer service is poor, as they don't respond. I lost £75+
5. DO NOT PAY A SUBSCRIPTION.

and a way of PHISHING!

BUY SOMETHING ELSE! After purchasing the Pro membership I created five movies. You say, "Wow! That's cool!"WRONG! I made five versions of the same movie because the system kept disgarding my changes and not saving my movies. No archives, no backup, nothing! I'm under a deadline and cannot meet it because this program is faulty and cannot be relied on to store my work. Therefore it is useless.
