Treadmill purchased online

Purchased a treadmill online. Arrived promptly great. Got it set up and then it kept displaying an error message.Phoned customer service spoke with a person and explained many times the issue but he kept asking me what browser I was using and then he hung up. I took off cover to motor and found a wire too short to reach the plug it was to be connected to. A very interesting experience Kmart. Can't fault the prompt delivery though.

Waste of time and money

Just spent $170 on kids clothing, I managed to convince my daughter to let me have my grandchildrenfor the night and they won’t need clothes as Kmart is open late and I would treat the grandchildren to clothes. I purchased pj’s, singlets, briefs and clothes for a toddler girl and boy. I wouldn’t recommend shopping at night as there was only 1 person in the checkout area, I required some help with checkout as the stupid machine didn’t pickup the item I placed in the bag, so I had to wait for a while to get assistance, then I required assistance again as the machine was having problems reading my card..so had to wait again for assistance, the girl that was helping me was also having a conversation with 2 other people at the same because they needed help too, then the girl said to me “hang on a minute I won’t be long” and went to help someone else who was calling for her help. I was extremely frustrated by this stage so were my grandchildren and the people waiting in line. I get home shower up the grandchildren and note 3 of my items still had security tags on, no alarm went off when I left the store. I spent about 20min googling how to remove the tags as returning to the store is not an option, and the grandchildren have been showered but have no underwear, singlet or pj’s to get dressed into. I finally get the tags off but me ow the clothes have noticeable holes in them. What was meant to be a night of fun and treats turned in to be a crappy crappy night and a BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, time that should have been spent enjoying and spoiling my grandchildren.

Soft Tailored Jeans In black and mid blue. Arrived quickly. Good quality soft denim. Supposed to be mod rise.But definitely high rise. Waist band hits way up to just under where ribs start high above naval. Will have to fold down waist band.

Just a big thank you, for your fantastic service on online shopping! We are pensioners and don’t get out often,but shopping on line with K MART NZ is so easy and reliable, goods required can come from any NZ shop to our door at in very reasonable timespan in good order and condition! Pathetic customer service. Called to find out if a product is available in their city centre store and wanted to request if they can put it aside for me to pick up later tonight as I work.The woman who answered the phone has no customer skills and all she could get out of her was a "hello". I said I will provide the SKU code so she can see if the product is instore and the reply was "just tell me the name" in the rudest tone ever. Seems like she does not want to work and has been forced to come to work. If you dont take pride in your work, for goodness sake stay at home, I am sure WINZ will pay u anyway. Pathetic!!
