Purchased the YouTube Uploader product, it didn't work out of the box & apart from one initial email,I've received zero support. The product is still non-functional. Extremely disappointing, steer clear of this service.read more

People previously writing about "support", don't know what they think. There is already a tool for what you can use,so USE IT.
If you need support, develop something extra, I guess you should pay extra. I am saying this as a developer, and not because I would defend. I am using labnol's service with easy, and helps me a lot (using mostly e-mail draft copying, works like a charm). Price is very low by the way, so don't complain.read more

The product that we purchased is extremely useful. However, when we attempted to obtain support for the product,we received nothing! We have had an open support ticket since May. I've contacted support via the website and via email, with no reply and no assistance whatsoever. As a result we are unable to use the product we purchased which is SUPER disappointing.
Overall, would NOT recommend purchasing from Digital Inspiration.read more
