I made an order on "eLanvin" - a pair of sneakers nine days ago. Paid twenty EUR for express delivery.They say they need 1-2 business days to process the order and then a couple of days for the package to arrive. I have not received anything. I have send three emails with no answer at all. There is no phone number to contact costumer support. Lanvin - PLEASE. if you read this then please get in touch with me.
