Misleading size guide?

The customer service and quality of the product is very good. I'm concerned that the size guide is misleading though.I bought a pair of medium shorts as the measurement guides were exactly my measurements. After two rides though, the shorts feel very small and are cutting into inner thighs. I bought these for extra long rides and am a bit nervous to try them for more than an hour at the moment. As they have been worn and washed, I don't think I will be able to return these for a better-fitting pair so hope they stretch a bit after a few rides.

Wanted to share my experience with my bib and customer service. Received my Hors Category bib a few weeks ago,fits great, super confortable and silky soft. After a couple of rides notice that some elastics on one side of the suspender were breaking. Reached out to customer service with a picture. Within 48hrs they confirmed they were sending me another bib! Performance products and amazing customer service for me equals a top tier company that will continue to have my business for many years to come!

The women’s Sport 3/4 waist tights have the most comfortable seat pad. I wore them on a 107 mile ride and rode 103 miles before my behind started to hurt.Made from a thick supportive fabric.
I bought the size XS and they were perfect on the hips (35inch). I took the waistband in on my sewing machine by approx 2inches as I have a 25inch waist. They are VERY tight around the calf muscle but after a couple of washes this is starting to ease a bit. I am 5ft 1 tall and they are a perfect length for me.

Ordered items at beginning of April. Tracking shows the package is still in Netherlands and has been for weeks.Contacted early May re: non-delivery and spent several weeks chasing. Was promised a refund if there was no resolution by the end of the week. No resolution. No refund. Now almost 2 months since ordering, no order and no refund.
The event I ordered the items for has now passed so no use to me.
UPDATE: Refund within 15 minutes of this review going up. Glad it's worked, but shouldn't need to leave negative reviews to get a refund!
