Litespeed cache is truly a masterpiece! My site is running much faster (average loading times are 1-2 secs sometimes even less than before (4-6 secs).Mind you, my site is heavy on javascript (I have a 3D avatar chatbot containing an mp4 file, notification popups, woocommerce installed, uncompressed images, etc.). If I strip these superfluous add-ons as well as optimize my images, average loading time will be under 1 sec. This goes to show that even with these constraints, Litespeed has enough horsepower to still make a positive difference in loading times.
I was also mesmerized by their active support team on slack. Usually whenever something is for free, support diminishes. My experience was the complete opposite. I thought the slack channel would be dead like ghost town, but much to my surprise, I got all my questions answered. I had no trouble with their competent team. They answered all my demanding questions productively with enough details not to leave me in bewilderment.
When I paired Litespeed cache with Cloudflare it substantially rejuvenated my site. A perfect performance enhancer without spending any money. Luckily, my host has Litespeed servers in place otherwise the plugin won't work.
All and all, Litespeed is definitely paving the way for caching! Might I also add how multi-faceted their free plugin is? You can compress images similar to Shortpixel or Tinypng and optimize your database (cleaning post revisions, removing transient options, etc.) similar to wp-optimize or autoptimize. I never seen a caching plugin do so many chores at once.
This saves on bloat (you dont need to install additional plugins for these types of jobs). And I am sure down the road, they will add more features and customization options for image compression. It has most of what you need for free. No need to spend extra dollars on Shortpixel and any other paid image optimization plugin.
I highly recommend Litespeed over WP rocket, W3 Total Cache, SG Optimizer, and any other caching plugin. It's simple to configure with robust loading speeds! And if you get lost in the tracks, rest assured, their hands-on tutorial guides and slack channel won't leave you hanging.
You guys deserve an academy award! I wish the Litespeed team all of God's blessings for a healthy business sustenance!

For web server, stopping working for one hour is catastrophic, as a lite speed subscriber, my problem,not solved within one working day, after waiting for a weekend, was completely ignored, does lite speed support have weekends off, maybe you protect human rights, then, who protects customer's income?
As we all know, the world famous vps provider vultr is supporting lite speed web server, and they have deep cooperation, vultr has official one click lite speed server image. Even so, I installed lite speed server on vultr's vps with lisecense key in strict accordance with the official email reply from litespeed, but it didn't work.
When installing litespeed server, I encountered an error 2021-01-29 02:01:18.546672 [ERROR] [config:server:basic:logging] failed to set up error log!
and the error is reported:
curl: (23) Failed writing body (3055 ! = 10952)
My environment:
vultr High Frequency VPS, ubuntu 18.04.
I installed it strictly according to the following instructions:
1. mail from LiteSpeed Technologies noreply at litespeedtech.com
2021/1/29 0:55, email title is LiteSpeed Software License Purchased.
After the problem, what did I do:
1. restarted the vps, reinstalled it the same way, but it failed
2. reinstalled system ubuntu18.04, again same method, failed
3. google keyword curl: (23) Failed writing body (3055 ! = 10952) site:litespeedtech.com. There is no information about this, so I am disappointed.
4. found the latest official video via youtube on January 23, 2021 https://www-youtube-com/watch?v=kzMCphLn-As&t=19s,
This video works fine, no glitches, no help for me
5. checked ip adress and tried to access the help file, could not open port 80 of the ip address, because lsws failed to start.
6. purchased another centos VPS, same method to install, prompted For evaluation purpose, please obtain a trial license key from our web site http://www. litespeedtech.com, copy it to this directory and run Installer again.
The official lite speed installation video on youtube, which looks so smooth, is actually fake, because this method can't install license key on vultr, high frequency server, ubuntu18.04 lite speed server,, although I am a subscriber during the free period, but I was very surprised to get such a service. The server usually works at 99.9999%, I got a service level of 0.0000%.

We had an issue with litemage owing to a conflict with an extension we installed on magento 2,something that can happen with any extension.
She was willing to help and whilst the issue is being solved she’s been totally proactive and accommodating in responding.
I was also reassured by the down to earth response and commercial awareness in the conversation with Lauren, As a website owner it made me feel confident, reassured with peace of mind that they’d help in a situation where we were really stuck. Her confidence made us feel she knew what she was doing.
These are the small things that make a big difference in today’s fast paced, impulsive world where no one has any time and can look at you as a number and not a customer.

So instructions telling you to go ahead and SSH in to install SSL. Well when you SSH in,first problem you are facing is that it shows you the following message: Welcome to One-Click OpenLiteSpeed WordPress Server and when you go IP address / phpmyadmin or just in general IP address, you get 404 error.... ?
I unblocked 443, 80 and 22 in the security group of my instance.

Next problem is installing SSL certificate. Even bigger issue. And sure enough another ???? and nothing is working.
WHEN YOU GO TO THEIR SUPPORT ITS PAY ME FOR THIS AND PAY MEN FOR THAT..... NO - YOUR SOLUTION SHOULD WORK!!!!!!
