The best fundraising software/crm/marketing tools ever

As a veteran nonprofit philanthropy professional, I've had to experience several different donor management, fundraising and marketing tools. In the old days I used Kintera, Raiser's Edge and Exceed just for donor management. Then with the emergence of the net, I switched to e-tapestry then finally salesforce. At my last agency, we tried hard to use blackbaud and we were stuck in a multi-year agreement. Finally when they told us we had to upgraded, we politely said "No way in hell!". A colleague from Seattle told me about Live Impact. Now to the good stuff that you want to know about: We switched from Blackbaud Raiser's Edge to LiveImpact and it's been really good for us. First of all is the savings. In Live Impact's portal, every tool we need from email marketing (good bye constant contact!) and fundraising online (good bye classy!) to volunteer management (so long volugistics!) and hosting events (adios eventbrite!) is included. AND they don't charge for the number users/licenses so all of my staff and Board can have their own log-ins with limited access. I thought it would be too good to be true but 8 months in and we are still loving Live Impact. Their team is exquisitely supportive and I'm just waiting for them to find a way to do my job so I can retire next year, ha! Anyways, I'm a fan obviously.
