Really poor service

Really poor service. No phone number contact, only email, which is responded to sporadically and only in French. If you're travelling and don't speak french then don't expect them to respond right away and don't expect them to respond in anything other than french. They also respond with the same automated response 99% of the time: Cher Client, Nous accusons réception de votre demande et vous informons qu'elle sera traitée dans un délai de maximum 24h ouvrées. Nous restons à votre disposition pour tout complément d'information. Cordialement, How is this helpful in any way, shape or form - especially when you've booked in advance and need help to reschedule an appointment? Be warned!
