This is a tool for enterprise level ad spend. They do not tell you that. They communicate it is used by all levels of ad spend which is wrong.I can do all the things that this tool can do inside my FB ad manager. The only thing it has is the audiences set up which is also not dynamic and just a list of people. There are way better solutions available. Don't use it.

I confess that I wrote a bad review about Madgicx originally because it was tough to get it to take off.I was utilizing their creatives plus their software. The communication was not clear on our requirements. Therefore it was a lot of back and forth trying to get the creatives out so their software can engage with our Facebook campaigns. Nevertheless, I addressed my concern directly with their CEO, and instead of passing me to another one of their team members, he took the initiative and jumped on a call with me every week until we got it right. This shows dedication and commitment towards their artistry. We finally got the designs that we wanted, and they were amazing! I highly recommend that you put the best description and examples in front of their creative team to have no misunderstanding. Otherwise, you'll be disappointed like I was, but if you provide them with clear and conceive instructions, then you'll get the best benefits out of their service.

PLEASE READ IT ALL AS IT WILL GENUINELY HELP YOU
OCTOBER 2020 - The platform seems amazing ,very promising and full of opportunity however for us any hope for integration was impossible . The system simply COULDN'T pull any information from our Facebook and Google pixel in regards to previous purchases customers audiences and etc , our products catalogue , ad sets product sets and etc . We have spent many hours trying resetting and repeating the process again and again , we created new sets we changed all our settings from the start again and again until we gave up . Eventually when the help from the customer service has proven to be insufficient and felt a bit condescending , i felt that i had enough , canceled my subscription and requested a refund . I genuinely feel these guys are on to something extraordinary with madgicx however they need to work on actually achieving a seamless integration for customers when they first join in and offer more support and their people skills .
I do hope to be able to find myself in a position to find the patience to give this a second chance as i feel it could be a game changer .
Even though i am not very happy with the time i ended having wasted during that week , i feel that the platform deserves more than 5 starts but will give a moderate 3 as the experience was daunting .
REVIEW UPDATE : FEBRUARY 2021
Let me start by saying that noone asked me to revise my review . As mentioned above our issues with Madgicx were mostly due to poor response and a bit of not such a great Customer Service at the time back in October . But we have always believed that this is an extraordinary platform .
Madgicx isn't just an AI driven software nor your average marketing dashboard . Madgicx is the combined knowledge of years and years of practising on the job while spending millions in ads along with the strong will of people who knew exactly what they wanted from their Social Media Ad Spend and managed to develop and build a system that does all that . Madgicx is literally like having a whole team of experts who look after your ads 24/7 improving optimising making decisions on your behalf once you let it know what your goals are , an uber sophisticated tool that will change the way you deal with Social Advertising while at the same teaching you everything you need to know and make you money!
So let me be clear : I don't care if you are a small business owner , a freelance marketeer or a huge Forbes advertising agency , if you aren't using Madgicx you are just literally wasting your money and your customers money while losing your faith in Social Ads ( THEY DO WORK )
We returned determined to give Madgicx a second chance three weeks ago . The set up literally took me 30 minutes , when I hit some bumps along the way the customer service was impeccable , absolutely outstanding ( these guys LISTEN and IMPROVE in all aspects ) and after only setting up a silly ad without even much thought on the second day only Madgicx brought us £2000 IN SALES with £75 Ad Spend .. Wanting to up our game we went further and hired them for a one off full pro set up of our full funnelling structure and only after two days of them setting up everything the amount of Good Quality Traffic which lead to Conversions coming in literally by the minute is just astonishing! ( By the way the money we spent for this months subscription + the professional services we bought from these guys we made them back in 12 hours )
Needless to say that we have now decided to educate ourselves further in order to be able to literally squeeze profit from every penny we spend while at the same time we will definitely be hiring these guys once or twice a month to help us scale up our game and profits .
If you are the sort of person who thinks Madgicx isn't working or is a waste of time , you are wrong . You are definitely doing something wrong , my suggestions is hire these guys if the platform seems too complicated for you or results aren't coming in after a day or two ( again you have done something wrong ) , have them set up everything for you and let Madgicx make you money . Thank Me Later ( honestly try this again! don't be blind to opportunity when it hits your door )
I love these brilliant people and what they built with Madgicx . Consider me an Advocate and someone who will never leave them!
