I was emailed to renew my subscription; it subsequently turned this was unnecessary, my subscription is rolling,my on-line account also showed no further issues. Offered me a reduced subscription, confirmed my purchase by email than denied the transaction had ever happened. When I emailed or telephoned the response was incredibly slow and always incorrect. Eventually I was rescued by approaching the magazine's own staff directly. I would help if their agents had a grasp of English. I'll never use this company again

Shoddy Customer Service

Sent me the wrong issue of Metal hammer. Tried to argue with me that it was the one I ordered despite me having a screenshot of the correct issue when purchased.On average taking 5 days to reply to every email. By the time this is resolved the issue I ordered will probably be out of print.

Not holding out any hope!

I took out a 12 month subscription to a magazine last June and received the first 6 copies without anyproblems then in December I was told the magazine was being discontinued and I would receive a refund for half of my subscription but it would take some time because of the Coronavirus. I waited 3 months then contacted them by email and eventually ( several emails later) I was told it had been refunded onto my PayPal account on April 9th. It wasn’t refunded and to date I’m still waiting for the refund despite several further emails!

Avoid Magazines’s Direct like the plague

Sadly I have to give this company 1 star. I would give them nothing if I could. Argued with them for 8 months to fulfil the terms of my subscription.They lied on the phone, lied over email. I was told countless times everything was sorted, then when I called back they had no knowledge of previous call. I think I am lucky to be even receiving my magazine. Issue was finally resolved when I complained to N-Photo about them and it was sorted in a week! My advice is to go directly to the magazine and complain as they also refuse to raise complaints. A case is being built against them so they more your report it to the magazine you are subscribing to directly the better. I will never use Magazine Direct again.

Firstly I paid in December knowing I would not get the December issue as a Christmas gift.But I was told in my initial email i would receive a copy at the beginning of January. That did not arrive. I contacted them (no phone number available! So that should be a warning) to be told I wasnt getting it in January my subscription started in the beginning of February!!!!! Not what I signed up for or paid for. Then, I did not get February issue at beginning of month as stated so i contacted the company yet again. I then received that issue a week or so later. Now I have not recieved an issue for the beginning of March and I am being told it has been sent!! So a pattern is forming of not receiving an issue each month and me having to send an email and wrangle for it We have subscribed to magazines for years and I have never come a cross such an incompetent company, that takes your money and does not deliver. It is not rocket science! It is simply sending out in the post a monthly subscription magazine. They take days to reply to an email. No phone number available. No magazine! Keep your money or use it in one of the many other options you have for magazine.sunscription. I have contacted Consumer Services about this company. The latest is...I am now being asked to confirm my address, even though I have already recieved one issue. You've been warned!

This is aimed at magazines direct/Future Publishing. Would give 0 stars if I could.Customer service in utterly useless, very unprofessional. They cancelled my subscription for no reason, I’ve been asking them to re-subscribe me for over a month, just get emails stating they will look into it. Now simply ignoring my emails. I’ve even contacted the magazine direct via social media, very helpful, but even they can’t get their subscription service to help me. Shame, as a great magazine.

Absolutely disgusting company do not waste your time or money. No customer service.Email support only that actually isn't support! i ordered a Golf monthly subscription as a gift with free balls. I have been chasing them constantly and there feedback is not the correct code. i proved that the code was the one in there magazine but they will still not budge. I have now had to get a refund and buy the magazine at extra cost each month. TOTALLY NON EXISTENT SUPPORT
