Unfortunately I'm barely satisfied with GMAT prep by Magoosh. Some videos are poorly edited and there are long pauses in between sentences.I wasn't also a fan of the study schedule either. Sometimes it felt like it's just better to do my own thing.
I still appreciate though, the price and the efford. It's just the service can be further improved.

A brilliant & very very well structured & thought out program to say the very least!
1.Excellent quality practice questions!
2. Very very responsive customer support
3. 1000 Words in Magoosh are the starting point of verbal prep! Otherwise you simply can't proceed with SE, RC & TC. So would suggest that first spend two weeks remembering all the words and another 1 week to revise them twice.
4. The video explanations are the best way to close your "approach" gap. As well as to understand subtle ways to apply efficient solving methods in quant.
Extremely Satisfied & Happy! Would not have crossed 325+ mark had it not been Magoosh!

4 months of Magoosh and my score went DOWN

After 4 months of prep with the Magoosh material, taking every lesson and answering almost every prep question,my GMAT score went DOWN by 20 points. I would have been better off just sticking with the prep books I was checking out of my local library. I feel like they wasted precious time and resulted in my not getting into the MBA program I had dreamed of. Keep clear of this program.

I used Magoosh to prep for the GMAT exam. Four years ago, right after undergrad, I took the exam cold.I got a 660. Beginning my studies again a few months ago, my practice exam score was right at 660. With Magoosh, official prep resources, and the GMATClub, I was able to score a 750!
Magoosh is awesome for getting a good feel for the exam and building the foundation for mastering the background material. Their practice questions, especially for the quant section, are pretty representative of the actual exam.
I’d encourage others to use Magoosh, and follow their study plan (which encourages you to use official prep material as well).

Magoosh lecture videos and supplementary material proved to be a game changer for my 20-day preparation schedule.I signed up for GRE-home edition right after giving my TOEFL and had only 20 days to prepare for the exam, i had been using magoosh apps that are available for free for my preparation and i loved them, then i thought of getting more out of it, so i signed up for the 30 day plan and started watching the quant section videos and practicing questions. All the videos were tremendously helpful in refreshing my concepts and teaching me new skills and i gained a lot from them. The questions are on par with the actual GRE, and i'd say they are more advanced as well, and all the explanations for all the questions taught me to attempt even the most typical questions in an quick and efficient way. Magoosh's vocabulary builder app was also of great help and the techniques explained in the videos for verbal section helped me in eliminating the wrong choices even if i didn't knew some difficult words. I bought the GRE power prep plus 2 from ets and attempted that as well, and i scored very well on it, 315, but i still felt that i should attempt one more test to ensure the correct estimation of my level of preparation, to my surprise, when i attempted the magoosh practice test, i scored much lower, 298. I knew i needed more preparation. Throughout those 20 days, i watched 193 lecture videos and attempted 1027 questions on the magoosh platform. Each day resulted in betterment of my understanding of topics and increased my chances for a better score. Although i haven't received my official scores yet, but the after exam unofficial scores reported 160 in quant section and 156 in verbal. For me these are pretty good scores. All thanks to magoosh and the super helpful and motivating team behind it's success.

From 149 to a 158 with Magoosh

Right after the pandemic, I asked and received a discount for the GRE prep program.Although I had taken the exam a few years ago, my original score for the GRE was 148 verbal, 149 quant and 4.0 writing. After studying 3 months with Magoosh, my scores were improved to 156 verbal, 158 quant and 4.0 writing. I've watched all of their videos and I completed over 1500 quant practice questions. Their questions will definitely get you prepared for the exam because GRE has been much more difficult recently. I can not recommend Magoosh enough. Forget about spending thousands of dollars with Princeton Review, which I unfortunately did. Just study tons using Magoosh and your scores will improve.
