Maptive is a user friendly platform that makes it really easy to visualize your data.I looked all around the web for all platforms like this and Maptive is the best! I would recommend to any friend or company. It supports a large a amount of data, you can make heat maps, agglomerate points, draw shapes, etc. Love it!!

We have a large volume dataset we wanted to view, and no GIS or other software outside of Google Earth.We did a trial period of Maptive and it was so impressive we purchased it. We've had it for 2 weeks so far and found many ways to use it. Pros: - loads and geocodes addresses quickly - heat map and radius options - ability to quickly change views - ability to share exact views or interactive maps - quick customer service response Cons: - a layered map will actually consist of multiple maps and is not as customizable as the individual maps

This is a great mapping tool and excellent customer service. I used it to map out the route to all of her staff's houses for a teacher appreciation gift drop off.Paul was amazing and showed me how to use a few of the tools, like how to make sure the labels showed and create optimized routes. He even extended our trial for 10 days so I could make a map for our 8th graders continuation parade.

The product works, but the support is even better!

It's rare in today's day and age do you get true and real help. I created a trial account and hopped right into things,playing around plotting some data and ran into a few hurdles. Not expecting much I opened live chat and tossed some questions in on things. Two of my questions had answers and the other one unfortunately was out of their control. So I close chat and go on my merry way. But wait moments later chat fires open out of no where and the rep (Paul) says "I have an idea" Then continues to spurt off a few work around steps to achieve what i needed. Easy to follow and worked perfectly! I have never had someone re-engage me in chat, to offer more help, and what made everything even better? Paul, Paul is a real person (from what i can tell) Paul doesn't sound like he's reading from a script in a condescending tone like 99% of other chat supports out there. This alone is pretty awesome in today's day and age! Thank you Paul!

I checked out several tools before selecting Maptive. I know I made the right choice.I have clients who appreciate visualizing their data when constructing sales territories. I find the product user friendly and robust. The best part, though, is the support. Jenn and Paul respond very quickly to requests for help and their advice is always right on the money. I've worked on many projects with software developers and customer success managers. Jenn and Paul get a 10 out of 10 rating. Thank you!
