Terrible customer service

replaced all my door handles in my house with m marcus Lena Apollo after a year or so on three pairs,some of the chrome started to tarnish, contacted their customer service, who where totally unhelpful and cast me off saying the don't guarantee the finish on their products.Horrendous customer service.

The coil/spring of one of our Heritage Brass door handles snapped. M-Marcus's customer services sent out replacement parts immediately,and the handle is back to normal. Very impressive service.
