The best clinic for women

The best clinic for women. I've got excellent service here. Dr. Freeman is a great professional that does an amazing job for women. His assistant was also very attentive and polite.

If there was a Zero star option I would…

If there was a Zero star option I would pick it. Unreasonable staff won't listen - these doctors must not want new patients. Rude and unhelpful, you can tell this place & its staff are not very professional; its obvious I'm in Arkansas Horrible experience, don't waste your time bc this place does not care

Incompetent Billing and Customer Service

Mercy billed my sleep study (and related services) incorrectly in Feb 2025. I am still fighting with them to correct their billing mistakes. Their customer service and billing departments are incompetent. (1) after 2 months, they threatened to send me to collections (2) they ignore my repeated requests to rebill correctly (3) I am no billing expert but it looked to me like they tried to commit fraud. They never applied the Allowed Amount negotiated by my insurance (4) they take days or weeks to respond to portal requests (5) they ignore my questions on portal requests (6) they make inappropriate demands. (they demanded to know the person I spoke to at my insurance. Note: I don't have to disclose that.) (7) I remind them that I have the RIGHT to request that they re-submit the invoice and rebill correctly.... yet they still refuse to do so (8) I reported them to the BBB. Mercy refused to work with the BBB even though I gave permission to the BBB to access my billing account (9) they've wasted hours and hours of my time bc they do not know how to bill On top of all that, the sleep study was not interpreted with up-to-date information. I had a sleep study in Phoenix AZ in 2010 that was done correctly. (That's 15 years ago!) Very disappointed in Mercy's sleep study program, Pulmonologists, billing team, and customer service team. I do not recommend getting care at this hospital or health system. I am in medicine, and I know a little about billing. I will continue to fight their billing dept until they bill correctly. I am not happy with a $5000+ bill that would be covered by my insurance, if Mercy could just get their act together.
