This morning I have purchased Metastock's Xenith platform after seeing the YouTube tutorials. I have been investing my own money for 8 years and this is the best tool for information I have used so far. I am continuing to play around with it and continue to get more impressed with every feature.I am a big believer in giving credit where it is due, so great job guys!

As a long term customer and user of the Metastock RT the new version 19 is a major disappointment. In previous versions running an exploration and flipping through thousands of stocks was fairly quick. In v19 it is so slow that it is unusable. Does not matter if you download the data or not, it takes too long to load the next security, with your indicators and experts (no change in my setup vs previous versions). Complete trash.

it simply does not work much of the time. Great tools and ease of use but not much good if it simply doesn't function. Spent a lot of time on line with customer support-admittedly my lack of tech savvy is partly to blame but this software is glitchy and prone to simply not functioning.
For day trading
For day trading, meaning, buying and selling during the day, intraday trading data such as 15 minute data intervals are important. I bought one of their fancy subscriptions. I found out that it was only for software and videos. The software can be found for free on other platforms. The videos can all be found free on YouTube. They gave me three months, but I am leaving less than one month because the stuff they gave is completely useless. I have cancelled my subscription and asked for my money back. They have said no to the money back. I feel this is *&%$. Beware! Once they get you in they sell you other high priced subscriptions. Completely disappointing.

I have not used MetaStock platform and wanted to give it a try. But the software is so outdated and asked for payments where everything is available free. Even for 30day free trial I had to provide credit card details and to cancel no options available in website and you have to call them. It makes so difficult and who want to call someone to cancel subsription. Don't fall for Metastock before trying tradingview.
