Actually sucks, I pre-ordered some merch, but accidently bought two of one item. Refused a refund or cancelation!even before the merch had been produced or shipped. They honestly have to change 1 number in a excel sheet. Lets just hope the merch is good because I love the streamer...

I wish I could give them zero stars. I placed three orders from a store that they manage for a separate company,got one of the packages and never got the rest. Today marks 4 weeks since I placed the orders and my attempts to speak with Customer Service have been either ignored or replied to with a generic and robotic copy-paste answer that does not address any of my issues. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY STORES THAT DO BUSINESS THROUGH META THREADS! They will take your money and run.

Trash company, trash customer service, but decent product. However, the fact that they never respond to emails,never answer phone calls, and purposely screw over their customers over merchandise that rightfully belongs to the customer and proceeds to lie about it to cover up their mistake rather than admitting it and fixing it.

Great customer service. Wanted to cancel an order and right away a customer service rep was in contact with me,and was very quick and polite when responding to my emails, refund showed up within 2 days of asking. Would definitely purchase from them in the future.

The items are good quality but their customer service is terrible. Takes over a week for them to reply emails and you have to keep annoying them just to answer you.If you get the correct item from the get-go, you're golden, but if they send you the wrong item; good luck. You won't be getting your money back or the item you asked for, especially for limited edition items. Which is insane since I literally ordered the first hour they came out. Trash service

I had a problem with the delivery of my package because I had entered the wrong name and no address number in the delivery details.The not only helpful, but also friendly support at Metathreads sorted out my problems even though it was my own fault that the package wasn't delivered correctly. I can't express my gratitude for whomever I was chatting with as the package in question contained a limited time item. I can highly recommend them to anyone.
