I love them as provider and as Customer Service..so far so nice,truly helpful and always answer 1905 so fast.Never ever disappoint me at all. I am with Meteor so far for 9 years and staff in Meteor store in Mullingar so nice and professional and always fix my issues if i have them.For me so far Meteor team and provider is the best....
Good value
Well priced deals but coverage could be patchy compared to the Vodafone network. Overall worth it for the 30 day contract. Never found any problem with customer service.

I was with them for 10 years on bill pay contracts for 12 months and I was upgrading my phones to the best phones on the market and then they changed their conditions to 24 months. As an old customer I asked for some discount on monthly payments and they denied.. after that I was trying to upgrade my mobile to another brand new and they gave me ridiculous offers so I left them.. After 2 years with trying different networks I'm back to them on pre pay and I can't complain.. 4G internet is working fine and the monthly payment of 20 euros for 15G of internet unlimited calls and meteor app for txting within the country and abroad is working good. I think that at the moment it's the best value for the money on market
Not impressed
First time used company. Delighted with speed of delivery, but then tried to instal the phone sockets I had ordered. Total garbage. Phone jack will not go into port on switch unless you force it. On closer inspection i can see little pins protruding from the connection block. Repeatedly tried phoning customer service but constantly engaged. My email has not been answered. Not impressed.

I have a SIM card with meteor used for a gate. We didn't top it up . At 2.30 today it stopped working. We tried to top it up an hour later within the 150 day policy I have. But they refuse to help, refused to give back the 28euro I have in credit on the SIM card. Completely refused to help. Also said there was no manager or supervisor there to help. A joke of a service.
No appreciation of loyal customers when service drops
Dropped service for 2+ hours on two separate days with no data or call/sms either time in the past 5 weeks and Meteor's response is to say that I signed Terms and Conditions that state outages like this are part an parcel of their 30 day offering. This is fair enough when data or signal drops for a minute her and there but 2 blocks of 2 hours each time represents a big black spot on the 30 day contract that I willingly engaged in. I have been a customer with Meteor for over 10 years and this have watched their service and value blatantly eroded in the past year. Meteor is no more and is simply another arm of parent company Eir(com) which has similar values of treating loyal customers poorly and overcharging them.

Meteor forces its customers to call a special number for cancelling contracts. You can't cancel by emails or live chat. There is a special phone number and their team is called the loyalty team.
