I've been a metro customer for almost 3 years. Started having service and internet issues about 6 months ago in December of 2020.Have been calling and talking to customer Representatives about the issue and been walked through troubleshooting steps that didn't work. Then was told that I would have compensation for the three to four months at the time that I had horrible service. Turns out they just offered me $10 credit for 3 to 4 months of issues. Also have been hung up on countless times by their so-called professional Representatives and it is now six almost seven months into this issue and still nothing has been done about it. Don't go to MetroPCS too much of a headache too much stress and really just not worth it even at their lowest costing plan. I will be switching services as soon as possible.

I spent over 1000 on the new iPhone.When I chipped it 8 months later... Payed my 200 dollar deductible to get a new one...They sent me the wrong color... After trying to speak to a manager for hours? and never did... Team leader was as far as i got... They told me that they only send what ever color they got.?
So if you're a male and they send you a pink phone i guess your stuck with it?!???
Nope... Im getting my deductible back and taking my business elsewhere??

I just paid my bill 3 days ago and I started getting this message that I used all my data!!!I called their horrible help line and was connected to a Pakistani or Filipino punk that started to hit on me telling me he loved my name and I have such a beautiful wonderful name and all this crap he would talk over me and was rude told me he would reset my phone and that I should turn it off and turn it back on is there only solution every time I ever called there which is almost every month because Metro has nothing but problems. It worked for about an hour and back to the same buffering and no internet connection so I called back again and was put on the phone with a woman named Vanessa, only I knew that was not her name with the same Pakistani draw in her voice she did the same it worked for an hour and it's back to the same thing again no internet connection and buffering of everything that I do. Saving pennies by hiring these overseas punks just lost a customer of 7 years I'm taking my business next month elsewhere or sooner there is nothing but problems with Metro piece of s*** and lousy help with the price still going up my plan says unlimited but it's not unlimited which is false advertising and I'm going to join a class action lawsuit anybody with me?

Regarding Metro PCS.
You most definantly get what you pay for.
A big pile of crap garbage.
In my case.
Irecieve a text from these Shysters informing me that I have unlimited HotSpot.
Only to find out that in actuality I have 15 GB of Hotspot.
I read the text I recieved from Metro Piece of S..t to the barely english speaking customer service female.
Her forward resolve is to hang up on me.
I then recieve a text from her ignorant rude self informing me what a pleasure it was serving me.
My forward decision & motion is I will now be a Verizon customer.

The phone i got i didn't like so I tried to return it and they would not take it back.It has only been 14 hours since I got it and the manager did not explain the return policies at all. He wasJust trying to sell me a phone. Did not explain anything at all. So I tried to get them to just turn my old phone back on and he was going to charge me for that also. I have been a long-time customer and think that this customer service was the worst I've ever seen at that store.. I am a manager of a business myself and I also try to do all I can to please the customer. I want to change carriers but I've been with them too long..
