Migros in Affoltern am Albis is storing their goods outside in front of the neighbors windows.This creates a lot of noise for the neighbors. Fruits and other groceries are stored for hours in the sun. Trucks are unloaded in front of the neighbors windows.

Alas ! Indeed, this supermarket chain has totally changed the his founder philosophy ! Mister Duttweiler will surely "spin itself" in his tomb,knowing how his creation, made for the Swiss citizens, has gone to whores. The "Covid-19 four months time", has shown a perfect uncared politic (about increase of prices) regarding the pseudo medium power of buying, now called "survivors buyers". Between the moltitude of the examples, let's put on the tomatoes cherries. The "sad Covid period" was getting hard by itself, so some 'Summer fruits" were well psicologically welcomed ! BUT, again, ALAS !... the trend has been and it still, let us put on sell, that product, with a doubled price... then, after 5 days, right before it will getting rotted, half price !)...That's a mere example how this chain's working, not enough room to tell everything... $...$...$...$ / quality... -- ... -- ... -- ... --

This is absolutely the first and absolutely last time I order from them! I ordered 6 items from them four weeks ago....which should have been delivered three weeks ago,and to crown it all I only received two items? No response from the telephone on their website (I have tried five four times already) and you can forget about getting a response when you send a "Kontaktformular". We are going through a very trying period right now so certain things one must make allowance for, but not sending goods which your client has paid for, not replying to them regarding tardiness of delivery, where it is, if they will still be getting it,etc,....unacceptable!

It's not bad in terms of grocery shopping but they need to start looking into better and also more environmentally friendly packaging.I'm shocked at seeing non recyclable plastic products used for fresh produce. For example, the beans from Zimbabwe are wrapped in single use plastic? Come on Migros, this is Switzerland, you should be a leading example to sustainability! Also, the organic range vegetables are poorly packaged and go to waste easily after a day in the fridge. They local Bio products are not worth the money and mainly due to the cheap packaging method and materials.
