Disappointing across the board. Order was placed 23 days ago and has not updated to show as completed or shipped.Customer support sends generic responses, does not modify or personalize to the individual. I’ve been told to “rest assured” 3-4 times in emails but they won’t provide updates on where the product is in the process, no phone number to call, etc. Wish I’d read reviews earlier but will never order from this company again.

I purchased the two-name ring in silver-tone from Mint & Lily. I was THRILLED when it arrived.PERFECT! The ring was very detailed, including a dot for the letter "i", which is not always possible when making a two name ring. So happy I am purchasing another ring. Great quality piece that are personalized at a reasonable cost.

If I could make this a negative star review I would. Original product came in with defects.With that being said quality was not good. Mint & Lily made it seem like they were going to send me a replacement which I appreciated until it never arrived. Bunch of lies. Do not recommend buying from this site. I felt like a valued customer until I wasn't anymore.

Have not received product. Shipping times is obviously a lie. It should have arrived. Will update upon receipt ,however I did need what I ordered two days ago which should not have been a problem since Shipping was 7 to 10 days.

The only thing is that since they are so busy the time for delivery varies and updates are not given as often as I would like. Overall a great experience thus far. 1000% recommend!
