Very disappointed by missoma customer service, my package has been delivered to the wrong address which missoma confirmed that it has been changed before delivery but still went to the wrong house.I purchased 600usd worth of jewellery and never actually received it. When trying to figure out the situation with the customer service they just straight up stoped replying to my emails, never got a refund.

Faulty earring backs

Beautiful jewelry, but seems to be a quality issue with earring backs. I lost one of my earrings while on a walk.I reached out to Missoma about purchasing 1 replacement earring. Understandably, they said they didn’t do this so I repurchased the pair. I wore them for the first time today and already lost the back of one of the earrings. Luckily, I noticed before the earring fell out. I’ve never had this problem before and it seems clear there’s an issue with the earring back design. Update: Thought it would be safe to wear these just around the house and within two minutes I lost another earring back. Now I’ve got three earrings and one back.

The first time wearing a pair of earrings from Missoma, I lost half an earring because the backing came off.I reached out to customer service about it, and really appreciated that Joanna quickly resolved the issue. I will wear these earrings with an extra set of backings now though to make sure they don't fall off again!

I had ordered a "secure" pair of ear-rings for my wife, but the clasp on one wasn't secure.Emma got back to me very promptly in three replies, tracked down my original order number and arranged for replacements to be supplied free of charge. The new ear-rings arrived a few days later, they're fine, and I cant thank Emma enough for what was fantastic customer service! Thanks!, Richard Proctor

I bought a necklace from them last year and it broke recently. I was so upset as it was a little graduation present to myself but the customer service I received was brilliant.The process was really quick and easy. The person dealing with me was great and understood that I was upset and help me with everything. Once the necklace was confirmed broken they processed the new one really quickly and I was sent a confirmation email shortly afterwards and have had a dispatch email today! Very pleased with the service!

Hook broke on two out of three necklaces

I ordered 3 necklaces which arrived in good condition but within 3-4 uses, the hook on 2 of them broke.One fell off once and I rehooked it, but it fell off again outside so I have lost it for good now. I have only worn them sparingly and kept them in their pouches. Very low quality on the fasteners, don’t waste your money
