Try elswhere

At an MMV Hotel in Val Thorens. Rooms are really small and beds are of cheap quality. Not one english tv channel that works. Third night here and all of our skiing group are forced to eat a vegetarian dinner as no other choice was available! Hotel has no concept of customer service. Would not recommend.

Stayed at Village Club MMV Les…

Stayed at Village Club MMV Les Brévières. Food 3 out of 10 Room 7 out of 10 Bathroom 2 out of 10 Spa 1 out of 10 Beds 7 out of 10 Cleanliness 4 out of 10 The bathroom black mould on the fan and growing on the ceiling. No gluten free food or allergy advice anywhere!!! And you will go out to eat after 2 days of everything covered in oil. Cutlery is dirty and even the plates have baked on food from previous meals! Bed sheets clean and crisp and made up daily. Fresh towels too. Its a 7 minute walk to the gondola which is great which take you past an excellent restaurant.

Currently on holiday at MMV La Plagne and it’s disappointing

Currently on holiday with Crystal Holidays at MMV La Plagne, my list of really bad experiences are below. I’ll never ever go on holiday with Crystal again to this hotel for sure; 1) The hotel has no gluten free options and a member of the staff yelled at me because I was starving and took two fillets instead of one. After my husband went to yell at them they came to apogize, I could only eat salad at the hotel!!! 2) Our holiday clashed with French half terms and the hotel was hiving, the staff couldn’t manage the crowd, all of the entertainment was in french so we were bored out of our minds with little kids literally everywhere! 3) Due to overcrowd, the SPA was only allowed ONCE in whole week!!! 4) On the website they say they allow teenagers to SPA above 14 but they didn’t allow our kids saying that they changed their rules last week and it’s only above 18 now!!! 5) Teen room (which was an attraction point for our teenagers) had 6 cushions in it and no playstation/xbox or any other thing that was shown on their website!!!! 6) The rooms have one soap to clean yourself, you have to beg for another one. No shampoo and no toiletaries, bring everything or buy at high price at nearby Spar. Not to mention no kettle etc. just beds 7) Staff is not kind and they honestly don’t care about your holidays. Knowing the standard we had with Club Med before, this is a horrible service at all levels! 8) The Bar Lounge room smells really bad 9) The cutlery is never clean, the glasses and some of the glass water bottles or wine bottles are broken but still in use! OVERALL, this was a very bad hotel and will never ever use them again! Think 10 times and compare every price & service before you book!

Very unhelpful staff

Very unhelpful staff. We had to persist to see the manager to complain but when we eventually came out of his office to see us he just shrugged off the issue saying that what we wanted was not possible (but that was just him avoiding the problem as he could have solved this). The reception staff member blatantly lied to us and didn't even apologise when found out. They are also mean with supplies: no soap/shower gel and only 3 dishwasher tablets to last a whole week. We've been coming to Montgenevre for 16 years and this is the worst experience we've had. Brilliant resort but MMV have gradually declined in the standard of service they provide. Like the previous reviewer, we'd recommend not even bothering to complain. We tried to see the manager again 2 days after our first encounter but were fobbed off with an excuse that he was in a meeting (we could see into his office and he was clearly not in a meeting - even his screen showed that he wasn't in a virtual meeting). Just downright rude! We even left our phone number asking for him to get back to us but he has just ignored this. Sadly, we'd not recommend MMV.

Very disappointed hotel club

Very disappointed hotel club. The ratio quality/price is very bad. They are also so inflexible. Do not even try to make a complain, they will just send an email to MMV and you might got a basic answer weeks afterwards. I will never use that club again! Do not do the same mistakes I have done.
