Literally the worst company out there. I don’t write reviews at all, in fact this is the first review I have ever written in my life.The leads were absolutely horrible, most of them were fake phone numbers, or leads they had sold to many different people. Huge waste of money and a even bigger scam. I called to cancel my contract and they kept saying that my project manager would call me back. She never called me back. I had to call 4 separate times to finally talk with her and cancel my account. That being said, I had my account hooked up to my work email and I had quit that company a while ago and modernize still charged my card. When cancelling, they would not refund me even though I could not attempt to use the leads they had charged me for. Basically they will say anything to keep your money. Horrible company

The guy by the name of Ryan on phone was condescending and very short with me. I have had their leads via the company I work for and they are trash leads.They lack quality and are sent to multiple companies simultaneously. If one of their garbage leads closes you then owe them $2,000. This guy and company are a joke. Don’t waste your time or money.

The Scammers company ever

Hire this company to generate Solar Leads for us at a cost of $ 28 per lead. They started generating Solar Leads but none of them worked.When we called to contact customers, most of the phone numbers provided were disconnected or deactivated and others told us that they never requested it and that they were not interested in Solar. Although we contacted Modernize to correct the statement, they only promised that they would; We in good faith hope this happened and they never did, but they did charge my American Express with $ 1,764 dollars. I made the claim to the card but they took out the contract for two months and we could not get the money back, so be very careful with these scammers and do not believe everything they tell you to convince them to do business with them.

Absolute trash. Calls multiple times on multiple days. On one of the days, they called me three timesconsecutively when I denied the first two calls and eventually picked up the third call and straight up told them to remove me from their list. Why would you call consecutively when the recipient isn't picking up your calls? Do you not have the decency to leave a message instead of spamming (at 8 AM on a Saturday too)? I initially received a text from this shady company with an option to text back "STOP" which I did, but that only prompted them to match me with contractors. Absolutely shameful.

We received many leads that went nowhere because they were fake leads or leads that were so fed up with numerous companies calling them.Modernize does not do refunds they will only give you credits that make you stay locked into their service and they keep sending you trash leads that have been used by others. Their customer service department sends you from one person to another and you can never get answers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT 100%

Businesses beware : This company sent out many "leads" that were not vetted in any way.Most of their leads were either phantom leads, bad phone numbers, or people not at all interested in the service that we advertise for as a business.
Over the course of 1 month we received 1 confirmed lead(of 70) and Modernize refused to refund or credit any of the other fake and or bad leads.
