Horrible Horrible experience! I recently bought a lovely blue swimsuit from them. Wore the suit once into the pool and it completely discolored.When I emailed their customer service team, they said they don't recommend wearing their swimsuits into pools or hot tubs. What is the point of being a swimsuit company if you can't wear the product into the water? What a scam!! Please save yourself the money and do not buy from this company.

Don't waste your money. I had been looking for a suit that was supportive and cute and fell in love with the aesthetic.The suit fit nice and I loved the look but the quality was horrible. I wore the suit 4 times, and it was dyed white in a matter of 15 minutes in the hot tub. The customer success team told me it was my fault, and yet had a wholeee list of ways to take care of your suit (indicating this had been a problem). Where are you supposed to wear a suit if not a hot tub or pool? There was nothing they wanted to do so I emailed their founder, and no response. I went to write a review and they deleted it, there are only good reviews on their site. Never have I come across such a low slimy brand as portraying themselves as a classy one.

Horrible customer service, expensive as hell, product is not all that. Plus their sizes are not completely accurate.i spent so much money on that swimwear and had to pay almost 100 USD for customs because the product was so expensive- all that Just for getting a swimwear that is too small. The service I received from this company was almost offensive- they couldn’t care less. Will never buy anything from there again.

Really poor customer service- I spent a lot of money on a suit and it took over two weeks just to ship- My shipping address was incorrect (after being put in incorrectly by a member of their team)and on top of that they offer no solutions to their issues. Will not ever purchase from this company again being this was a first time buy.

I can’t believe some of these reviews, I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Monday Swimwear.I’ve ordered from them 4 times and love the quality and fit of their bikinis. I’ve done one return and had no problems at all. It feels great to purchase things from a female owned company. I will continue to buy from them in the future.

Terrible! Poor quality clothing and literally no customer service whatsoever. To return an item,my wife emailed them 4 times (via their contact us section and via email address) and reached out on Facebook. It's been almost two weeks and she still hasn't had a single reply. They purposely seem to hide their Australia return process and contact details.

This brand should not be trusted. I ordered a bikini 6 weeks ago. First of all it took two weeks to be dispatched.The look of the items was nothing like the advertised images (in terms of fit, colour and quality). I have now sent five emails, instagram dms, as well as emails to tash and dev asking to return my product (which I am entitled to do as per the terms and conditions on their website). Someone has replied to me on their instagram six weeks later saying I needed to email them again. I explained I had done that already and tried again. Then they just stopped replying to me. It has now been seven weeks and I have been completely ignored and spent $200 AUD on a bikini I will never wear.
