Edit: Paul from Monoprice reached out to me personally to explain that they had some systems issues that had caused emails to go into a status "ether" for about a month.Their technical team was aware of it and they had workarounds in place to prevent the issue until it was resolved completely. He notified me that they had, in fact, issued a credit the following day, but I had just not been notified of it. Monoprice did handle the situation fairly and Paul was potent in deescalating any issue and restored my opinion of the company. -------- Monoprice customer service is non-existent. Don't bother sending emails in, because they will not be replied to. I purchased 10 Monoprice monitors, and before I even received them, they had already dropped the price 25%. I sent them 3 separate emails about refunding the difference and never heard back. I finally called, and the individual on the phone said they would speak to the proper department and get back to me. I never heard back from them. A follow up to the agent also was ignored. If you won't even get a response after nearly half a dozen emails, I think it's safe to say any purchase you make is "as is."

New UPDATE: Monoprice reached out to me, issued an RMA, states they will replace and upgrade my printer.Turns out the seller Tech-King on Amazon is not even an authorized reseller. FANTASTIC RESOLUTION. THANK YOU MONOPRICE !!! UPDATE: After endless messages on line, Monoprice is now refusing to support the warranty on this printer at all. They emailed that I must contact the amazon vender, they can not help. I finally found the amazon vender, but have been unable to reach them, can't find a phone number or email. DONT BUY THIS JUNK Monoprice MP Select Mini 3D Printer V2, Black I wish you had a zero stars icon. My children gave me this 3d printer for Christmas. It failed on the first pass across the printing surface. I followed the contact info in the manual, and started a chat session with support. Support confirmed after some checking that the circuit board had failed, and they would ship a replacement as soon as more inventory arrived in February. So far not great but understandable and acceptable. I have since exchanged a number of emails with support, trying to get the status of the inventory and replacement printer, or even an option to upgrade and pay more to get another printer due to the delay. They now want a receipt that I have been unable to produce, (my bad) still trying to get one from the kids, amazon gift receipt was not acceptable due insufficient information. Now I am told they need proof it is still under warranty. It's starting to sound like they will not have inventory until the warranty has expired. I had better luck with the apparently failed kickstarter 3d printer that never shipped. At least it did not take up space or need to be disposed of. At this time this is close to the worst product experience possible.

Purchased from them twice in the past month. First shipment had a destroyed spool of wire that I untangled myself to get the job going.They offered a $20 credit for my troubles which was a joke. Had I not fought through it, I would have been behind on my job. Next order was placed on 2/22 and arrived on 3/3 a full five days after it was supposed to arrive. This was delivered as an empty package with no signs of entry, thought they would notice it did not weigh 20 lbs. I called on 3/3 and was told they had to check with shipping to find my item. I was assured I would get a call back the same day or the next day which did not happen. I called and again explained the problem on 3/4 and that I was now a week behind on the project. They assured me a replacement would ship the fastest way they could which was 3 business days. This company is a joke and should not be purchased from as the savings are not worth the hassle. Never again will I buy from these incompetent people nor terrible business minded company. updated, The company called and was able to resolve the issue with a credit and shipment of the product. I am happy with the resolution.

Package stuck in limbo for two weeks.

Ordered a security camera on February 16th for 3-5 days shipping, it shipped on the 18th and didn't get here until March 2nd.It departed and arrive at the same FedEx Facility for two weeks. Monoprice wanted me to wait until the end of day on March 1 to help me. It didn't show, but now because it delivered on March 2nd, everything is right in their eyes. I'll buy from someone reputable next time. EDIT: Adjusting from 1 star to 3 after a representative reached out to me directly. I will consider using them as a vendor again in the future.

Editing my review because the Customer Experience Manager called me immediately to resolve the issue I experienced. I received a great product but the will call experience was not the greatest,given the weather the day I picked up. I placed my order and was able to pick it up the very next day, which was very convenient. I normally do not order delivery because of personal/business experiences shipping monitors, so I used their will call.

Awful experience with their European outlet - worst in 22 years of shopping on Ebay,purchased 2 Monolith by Monoprice 4 Tier Audio Stand XL - Black for £89.43 each, total of £178.86 on Feb 7 which weren't shipped (a tracking number was supplied) - gave me excuse after excuse Brexit, Weather. . . Tell me they can't refund but I can refuse delivery. On Feb 18 they sell another for £74.53 (£14.90 reduction in price) even though they knew about hold up with shipping etc. and my purchase still had not been shipped or refunded? Re: Paul Thanks for replying and have emailed screenshots of the correspondence, waste of time putting me in touch as I have no time for liars and ebay Customer Service felt the same and refunded me in full Final update - Monoprice US tried their best, European branch haven't a clue on the subtleties of being up front with the buyer once they have taken your money 02/22/2021 UPS tried to deliver and information on UPS site was opposite of what Monoprice-Gmbh kept telling me

Monoprice saved 47 cents and lost a return customer.

Please read last update So I ordered $260 worth of hard drives and Monoprice skimped on the shipping to save $0.47.What would have been a great customer experience if I received my hard drives sooner, into a frustrating experience because I had to wait longer for my purchase. Monoprice shipped my order via FedEx Smartpost for $15.03 from California to New York. Now 8 days later I'm still waiting on my order. Had they spent the extra $0.47 ($15.50) and shipped USPS Priority mail, I would have had my order 4-5 days ago. Don't purchase anything from a seller who uses FedEx Smartpost, it's the slowest shipping method out there as the USPS and FedEx hand the package back and forth to save money. UPDATE: Goodnews, the drives arrived. Badnews, the drives are damaged due to poor packing. It appears that Monoprice removed the drives from their factory boxes, along with the protective endcaps and placed the drives together in another box. There was no packing material between or around the drives. There were three pieces of "airpak" on top of the drives, one of which was deflated. Would you use these drives after a 3,000 mile cross country trip in the back of a truck? UPDATE II: Need to give credit where credit is due. Monoprice has an outstanding customer service team. They provided a no hassle return that included shipping and a full refund. So I've changed my rating to four stars due to the great customer service.
