My issue was not some error pop up but about all the proj files that I downloaded from Moton array arepoorly constructed.
I purchased the membership because the product on the website was labeled 'Time Saving Integrations'.
Apparently it was not saving my time but money. All the files are barely playable and taking extreme amounts of RAM.
They CAN NOT charge these services saying it's anyway working and blam my laptop or device.
All I got from customer serview was 'please send a screen shot of the problem'. The problem is literally they are selling some working exclusively on super computer environment.
I felt so so so scammed. Don't subscribe this service.

They upgraded my subscription without my consent. But when I contacted them, it took nearly three weeksfor them to say they can't do anything.
Their contents are not that that good comparing to competitors. The price is too expensive for such small collection, and the quality are not even at par with single purchasable templates form others.read more

I paid for annual plan. They treated me like I am a moron. If they talk straight to me,I would ask what the problem is. I am looking for another site & start a new account. Horrible experience!!read more
