I placed an order on the 8th March 2021, still hadn't received by the 27th April 2021!I requested a new item be sent out, still haven't received it today (19th May 2021)! The gift was for my mother, for mothers day! This service has left me highly disappointed and I will not be using your business again!read more

Negative experience- I would discourage anyone to make use of their service. I ordered a record fewweeks ago and after chasing it I got told that the record is no longer available after having payed 70£ to have it shipped to the UK. They were unable to provide an explanation nor to communicate via the the seller or negotiate a suitable solution. Incompetent customer service. Without asking for it I got my order cancelled. Absolutely gutted. I was waiting for the records for weeks to know my order is nowhere to be found. Shop elsewhere- this is not a reliable company, they prefer excuses over solutions.read more
