I ordered sixty summers by julia stone on picture disc back in November and I'm really frustrated right now.the album was delayed and I wasn't given any email telling me that. When something is delayed you need to let people know about that.
Supposedly my order has shipped last Thursday or Friday but I don't think it has considering it's been almost a week and no updates on my tracking yet. So I assume it Is still at the warehouse. I talked to someone on the phone today who said he could remove the shipping charges but I don't think that is enough considering how long I have been waiting for the album and the fact that I wasn't made aware of the album being delayed and I only discovered it by looking at the store website. My problem isn't that the album was delayed its the fact that I wasn't sent any emails letting me know about the delay.
If I had known it was going to take this long I would have tried to cancel it and ordered a different album instead. When something Is going to be delayed for a while you need to let them cancel and I don't know when the item will ship is not a excuse. Please let me know what you can do to make it up to me as this long delay is unacceptable. I either want the item I paid for or a refund.

Truly the worst. My limited preorder was sent back because of a shipping error and they never gave me the chance to correct it and get what I ordered.They gave me a refund, which I would expect, but the item was sold out even though mine went back. So someone on staff most likely ebayed it for 4x the amount. I've received dented purchases before as well. I'm just done. This was the last one. And they wonder why the music industry is in rough shape.

If I could I would seriously rate this NO STARS! Ordered some Maluma Merch back in October 2020..it is now half a year later with still nothing but empty promises in their emails.I had ordered 2 items and apparently one of those items were a pre-order which has caused delays in production??? But 6 months delay??? They keep telling me fake dates that it will arrive, and I will receive emails on updates...but nothing! It's only me who follows up with them. Then they said .."refunds are not usually what they do..but we could do this for you"..mate I've already waited half a year for this Merch!!!
What the heck this is the worst ordering experience..and the fact that Maluma had the link on his Instagram to buy the merch, you would think it's legit. Total crap company!

I ordered 4 t-shirts from MusicToday from a link on Paul McCartney's official website, on 1st October 2020.I eventually received three of them on 18th January 2021 more than three and a half months after making the order. Two of the t-shirts were ordered as Christmas presents so were a complete waste of money. The company also took payment for the three t-shirts not when they shipped them, but on 6/10/2020. In the end they were unable to supply the fourth t-shirt (which was the one I wanted most - it would be wouldn't it) and I had to continually chase them for updates all the way through the process. I was not told that they couldn't supply the 4th t-shirt until 19/3/21 - that's almost 6 months after the order was placed - and only then after yet another chase email from me. They are by far the worst online ordering outfit I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Like so many other of the comments here, how I wish I had checked the reviews online before ordering. The fact that their link was supplied on the official McCartney website made me feel safe that they would provide a good service. Avoid them like the plague - they are quite simply awful.

Ozzy Osbourne’s LP Box Set

I ordered a product (Ozzy Osbourne’s See You on the Other Side LP Box Set) from them which cost me around $600 and,to no fault of their own; I had to return the product due to numerous manufacturing defects. They were very friendly and helpful in trying to replace portions of the product that the defects affected. The process of getting those portions of the product was very cumbersome to say the least; I had to prove that there was a manufacturing defect by video taping every portion of the multiple LP’s that skipped which took days to get them recorded and processed, sending it then, and then waiting sometimes weeks before they would get back to me. Once the replacement items came in, they too, had the exact same manufacturing defects and I had prove those defects exactly the same way. I was then told that there were no more replacements for some of the LP’s which prompted me to ask for a full and total refund of the product. They paid for me to send the product back to them and here in lies the problem; I was told that it would take up to 8 weeks prior to seeing a refund on the CC that I used to purchase the product. 8 weeks came and went and no refund on the CC. I contacted them again and it was stated that my CC company wouldn't allow them to return the funds to the CC. They would not, and did not, even try to contact me regarding this "issue". I didn't find out until I contacted them about the refund. Now they have stated that since my CC wouldn't accept that refund that they needed my Paypal account info so they could send my refund to it which would take an additional 8 weeks. Currently, I'm sitting in the 4th week of the additional 8 weeks and still no refund. Stay away from this company. I’ll update this at the end of the other 4 weeks if I receive or don’t receive my refund. Maybe a lawsuit against them will get my money back?
