Nansen is a scam
Scammers who charge your bank card.
Extremely poor customer service.
Had no idea where to cancel my subscription as they do not make it clear once signed up. I got charged for another month - I email their customer service to cancel and refund this month as I have not used the platform at all. They do not have the courtesy to help their customers. I would stay away. Very very poor customer service. Just looking at money grabbing.
Absolutely usless
Absolutely disappointing. 1) They are scammers. Cancel the subscription is unreal. I was happy that I used temporary card, and just block it to prevent charging. Only one way. 2) There isn't any reason to pay for that. Everything you can get in free tools. Like Arkham, dune etc. 3) UI was made by a person that doesn't know anything about UI/UX. 4)Their points (nxp) - absolutely useless I didn't receive anything. Resume: garbage
Unauthorized Charges Despite Account Cancellation
I downgraded and cancelled my subscription with Nansen.ai, receiving written confirmation from their support team that no further payments would be attempted. Despite these assurances, they have today unlawfully withdrawn $129 from my account, causing it to become overdrawn and incur daily interest charges. This blatant disregard for customer instructions and financial wellbeing is shocking and entirely unacceptable. I now have to spend unnecessary time and effort fighting to reclaim my own money and correct the financial mess they created. I expect an immediate refund and compensation for this inconvenience. Until resolved, I strongly advise anyone considering their services to be extremely cautious. I will update this review with the outcome.
