2 cancelled orders

2 cancelled orders! I am really unhappy with Nars. I have never ordered off them before and never will again.I had an order cancelled after 3 days as a new release lipstick was out of stock. Why not just send the rest of the items or wait until the item comes back into stock. I reordered without said lipstick. This has been in preperation for 10 days. Upon chasing they say they have cancelled the order as set was out of stock when sent for preperation. The item is in stock, in fact all my items are in stock along with free gift still being the same. There is literally no excuse for them not to be sending my order. They say they cannot send the order as the item was out of stock at the time of order/preperation. Why can an order not be sent through for prep now that all the items are in stock. At this point I feel they are just spouting excuses. They have lost £150 orders through their incompetence. I will never be ordering from them again. Not only that, the 2 orders are still pending in my paypal and I have not been refunded. Utterly shambolic. Beware everyone.

Purchased makeup and never received it, a month later I received a few samples of lipstick from nars.I have sent numerous emails, eventually got an email to say the item had been returned and my money will be refunded, still waiting for my refund. I would tell people to stay clear of nars

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a gift , waited a week, checked my order on the websiteand it shows it was cancelled with no reason whatsoever so I wrote a negative review on their website and then received an email from them which they stated " your review does not meet our website guidelines " Let me guess , since it was a bad review they chose not to post it. This is NOT freedom of speech!!!

I haven’t actually received my order nor has it been dispatched. I purchased £60 worth of goods last week (5 working days)Nothing on the website and no email to say there was delays.. I messaged twice (no answer) phoned customer service.. HOW RUDE! They talk over you, they wouldn’t cancel my order (even though it has not been dispatched-rubbish) I was told it would be dispatched in 2 days.. so why can’t they cancel it!! I’m sorry but it’s just not good enough. I won’t be returning. Such a shame there customer service and dispatch time has let them down as I do like their cosmetics. *I understand COVID is going on however there is no excuse not to send a courtesy email explaining delays etc*

I'd give it a lower rating if I could. Everything I got from them has been disappointing.The pot concealer is horribly cakey, the matte skin tint is also cakey and oxidizes so bad, lipsticks fall out of their cheap and flimsy packaging, and blushes hard-pan after one use so that you have to keep scraping for more color. Oh, and the famed-orgasm blush hardly shows up and is just a huge waste of money. I don't know what happened because NARS used to be really good but now it's just gone downhill. It's basically cheap-feeling makeup under a fancy name.

Customer services is an absolute joke! Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and it's still 'in preparation'.I have called every day, sent countless emails, filled in online forms and even used social media to try and find out when I will receive my order and still nobody can give me any information. I asked to cancel my order but I apparently can't do that either so I have been left out of pocket with no products, can't cancel and no chance of getting them any time soon!
