Whilst the cruise started well we had an accident in NZ requiring an overnight stay in hospital.This ship was not interested in my predicament and I was told to pack my bags, leave the ship and report to the port agent. The ship was only interested in checking the mini bar and billed me incorrectly a week later in my absence. Effectively we were abandoned and had to fend for ourselves and make our own way home. Whilst this was stressful enough despite several email and letters to their Head Office in Miami the response I got was very very poor. The email I eventually received was a standard letter and ignored the points I had made. You cannot phone NCL, emails appear to go into a black hole and letters are not even acknowledged let alone get a reply. Total lack of customer service. In over 12 months NCL are still not responding to emails or letters to their head office in Miami.

Terrible customer service! Cancelled my cruise on 5th December 2020 due to pandemic.Still waiting for a refund now 6 months later. Despite repeated attempts to get it back just keep getting fobbed off. An absolute disgrace. I understand staff may be furloughed etc and would comfortably allow 3 months for refund (which would be more than fair) but this is absolutely taking the mick. Never again will I book with this company.

THEY WONT REFUND ME! Been waiting 6 months for a refund. Then promised 120 days. Then 7-14 days,that was a month ago. They’ve had my money for 18 months and basically won’t give it back DISGRACE

WARNING!!! NCL CANCEL CRUISE BOOKING FOR A CORPORATE BOOKING

WARNING!!!! today on 5/11/21 NCL canceled my 8/15/21 Greek Island cruise because they chartered the whole ship to a CORPORATION.I had my flights and other arrangements made to visit others in Europe. They only offered 10% future cruise credit, a ridiculous $50 future shipboard credit and up to $300 if lose money on flight reservations. Why would anyone want to book with NCL when they pulled this out from regular customers? You could be next.

If Norwegian Cruise lines decides to pull out a Florida because of the covid-19 mandated vaccine let them go.50% of the population will not get the vaccine so that just takes 50% of the business away from them. We take two or three cruises a year with our family of four not through them anymore.

Very disappointed with NCL. Booked a cruise with them which they then cancelled. Was prepared to give them a second chance and book another,similar cruise but they refused to offer same package as original booking! They cancelled my holiday, I gave them a second chance, they let me down! Obviously zero interest in customer retention!

We had two cruises cancelled

We had two cruises cancelled, one in spring 2020 and now our June cruise. We moved our cruise from last year to this year and booked another cruise for July 2022.Since our cruise this year canceled and we already have a cruise booked for next year we re-booked to 2023. The cruise is over $2600 more, we can not use the 10% off as it has to be used in 2022... we have to rebook otherwise we will loos our cruise next credit as they also expire in 2022. No alternate solution was offered we feel trapped as we will loos money either way, it is just our choice on how much. After how they handled this whole mess we will not use NCL again as we lost trust in them!
