I spoke to Holly today in the live chat as I was trying to find an item. She was so very friendly and helpful!Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life!
Not only did she find the top I was looking for and sent me the link, she also informed me that there is a matching skirt to go with it and sent me the link to that as well!!
Couldn’t be happier!!

Unfortunately my online order was lost in transit but was quickly resolved by a very helpful customer service assistant.A reorder was made and a free delivery code provided. I am always happy with the quality of New Look clothes. A great range of styles that caters for all sizes and figures.

Been trying to sort out some refund queries for almost four weeks via email with no response (I appreciate the reasons why everything is delayed).I decided to use the 'chat' option and was picked up by Stacey. She dealt with my first query in no time at all and then used her initiative to see I had raised another query a few weeks back and asked if she could help with that one too. She has solved both my problems this morning with minimum fuss. She was polite, professional and quick to respond.
