My ticket number is #104985, $2000 e-transfer has left my account and I can no longer reverse it due to it being deposited to Newton already.Please release my funds to my account as I provided valid identification of the account holder. I feel scammed.. ? Will do whatever it takes to spread the word of how I’ve been scammed by this company if the funds aren’t released to my account. Edit: if this gets solved in good time, I will take down this review.

My Honest Review I did my first bank transfer as soon as my account was approved back in February 4,2021. It has been more than a month now my funds had gone missing. I have email couple of times with all the proved. No one really take the initiative to solve my problem, I lost my money. I was looking forward to invest more and trade on Newton platform. It was complete disappointment, the worst customer service I ever experienced. Anyone out there who want to invest on this platform, please do your research and think carefully. Hopefully this review will help someone.

Multiple email to support unanswered - account three months later still says "Pending manual Verification" and can't do anything.They do not answer their support emails - I received one reply ONCE that said they are looking into it and nothing since. I have opened at least 10 'tickets' with their support desk - no reply. Have tried opening another account, still can't get verified and they don't answer under the new account either. THREE MONTHS NO REPLY. AVOID.

Good for small amounts ($500.00 or less) beware of manual processing and delays for larger amounts

Even thought at first the system seems fine and works well, if you deal with larger amounts they seem to process things manually,and that is really not practical because instead of pushing your withdrawal out right away it can take up to 24 hours. I explained to them that they should request the user's permission before freezing the funds for an undetermined period of time. Again, it's a nice site but they have to understand that the money we give them is ours, so they should never freeze anything unless we have authorized it. Hope they will correct this, and I will be happy to bump them up to 4-5 stars.
