Well maintained... Broke down at 65K

I bought my 2016 Nissan Sentra brand new on August 2016. Since purchase, it had a lot of quality issues.Currently what's plaguing it is electrical wiring issues... What a sham. I'm still paying for the car and warranty is 5K out, and it breaks down. The car was such a hazard that the engine just shut off while driving. Then nothing worked. All the modules such as power steering, lights, brakes, ABS, etc. stopped working. I really don't need this in my life to spend more on something that shoulden't be having issues. Like I said, my car is pretty well maintained.
From when I first bought this car, this car always had airbags issue. It was recalled quite a few times, which I doubt anyone even worked on this car. Whenever I have passengers, the "airbag off" light is still on, assuming if I were to crash my passenger would be a bye-bye. I don't even believe my airbags would work. This is how little confidence I have in this lemon..read more
Honesty is NOT their best policy.

Honestly, if I could rate this with zero stars, I would. I have purchased 2 brand new Nissans, neither one lasting more that 40k miles with their CVT transmissions. Brought the car to multiple dealerships between 2 and 4 years of owning the cars. I expressed my concerns with the safety of the vehicle. Nissan only cares about your money, not the safety of an unsuspecting driver. The car will progressively get worse as times goes on and they will deny the fact that their scanner "throws any transmission codes." What's funny is that any other non-nissan mechanic would quickly diagnose the vehicle with a transmission problem. Prepare to be going 65+ on the highway when your vehicle suddenly dies and you are left with an ever-lasting car payment, ONTOP of paying for a "REFURBISHED" transmission, as Nissan will put off any safety concern of yours until it is JUST out of warranty. Please do not make the same mistake I did, take your money and your family's safety and go ANYWHERE ELSE. Do your research diligently, as you will find MANY lawsuits regarding these transmissions under Nissan. Do not fall for their untrustworthy scams, they do NOT honor their word, their motto, or any of the crap they use to sell you these LEMONS. Sadly, you will be faced with a higher up who sits at a desk all day, definitely DOESN'T drive a Nissan, and could give a crap less about your argument, your financial situation, or your safety, so long as he/she is getting paid to screw you.read more
COVID-19.....Deferred Payment Scam

COVID-19...... I don’t have to say nothing more.
I just finished calling Nissan asking to defer my current lease payment and extend my lease at the end by the month or two of the extension. They said NO, THEY DON’T DO THAT. They are helping their customers by deferring their payments, their customers will not be paying late fees, but at the end of your lease, you will have balance to pay in full for the missed months. So, at the time of your lease maturity date your payment will be double or triple from the regular monthly payment!!! And that’s what they call help.!?!!!?? SICK
Other companies do extend for their current customers lease maturity date, but NOT NISSAN! I will NEVER EVER lease/buy any NISSAN PRODUCT. I will definitely tell everyone how they treat their CURRENT CUSTOMERS, because they only care how to trap a new customer into their new deals (check their pitch offer on NISSANUSA.COM). They are not helping people during these hard times and DEFINITELY they are NOT working with their customers!read more
I bought a 2012 Nissan Quest Oct

I bought a 2012 Nissan Quest Oct. 31, 2012. Had it for 5yrs until the accident. Praise God it was a tough enough Vehicle. My daughter walked away from the accident. Van was totaled. My daughter is alive. I experienced good Customer Service when I went there. Just bought a 2019 Rogue on Jan. 2,2020. Right now the MainThing I’m really disappointed with my new vehicle is that the front Power driver seat does not tilt upward. This really takes away from having a more comfortable driving experience especially on a long trip. Why Nissan decided not to include this seating option is beyond my understanding. I did not realize this until after I purchased this Vehicle. If I had known it was gonna take away from experiencing a more Comfortable ride, I might have bought something different. And I would have being led to maybe even purchase and pay extra for the Honda CRV. What’s done is done now. Really not happy about not having that tilt option for the power seat. Other than that not a bad SUV.read more

Nissan Sentra 2015 with 76K.
Batch of Nissans with CVT transmission problems.
After reading all the issues with A LOT of Nissan cars, found out that Nissan has lawsuits regarding this problem.
Went to the dealer to get the car checked and was told that the transmission needs to be replaced and the cost is $3,900, so I told the person in charge, about the extended warranty I had read about on the internet and he told that my car is not under warranty.
My car has 76K and supposedly Nissan extended the warranty to 120K miles or 10 years for this issue.
He said you're going to have to talk to your lawyer.read more
