They may reply your pre-sales questions to talk into a subscription but after... you will be ignored.Tickets don't get replies for 19 days!
If they reply they only update the ticket with:
"It might take some time this issue to be resolved by our developers as they are overwhelmed at the moment but I will make sure to contact you as soon as I receive any information."
Once you paid you are on your own.

I'm kind of shocked at the bad reviews. Nitropack does have some bugs, but clearing the cache resets everything.Is it annoying at times? Yes. However, nothing in the market beats Nitropack when it comes to getting your site optimized on WordPress. If you're running a large site for enterprise (like we do), it's worth the price. Also if you have multiple sites, they have a shared plan that reduces the price per site significantly (kind of weird they don't really display that on their site, we had to google it).
The only customer support was in setting up the shared plan (it needs to be set up manually by them) and we had no issues. The response was quick (the next day).
Also for people who say Nitropack is "tricking" the code and not really optimizing have no idea what they're talking about. You can youtube independent reviews and they all come back with glowing reviews (I did my own research and saw over 20+ videos before deciding on Nitropack).
Might not be for everyone, but definitely worth it for people who have more important things to do than constantly tinkering with a WordPress site.

Fundamentally - I'm treating this is an out and out scam.
a. The speeding up of your site,is done by tricking tools as to when the page is loaded. The problem is, you can't trick people. And if you trick Google as to when its actually finished loading? That, can't be good.
b. Comparing before and after, visual loading times... websites are just not actually faster.

I don't know how NitroPack works, but it does. I try soooo many things to speed up my website.With NitroPack I reached 100 points on Google insights. Unbelieveble! I bought a custom plan. My sales increased up to 80-90% in the first 3 days. Also support was quiet fast. I will become now an affiliate partner. I can fully recommend after one week. Hopefully everything Ich works fine with SEO in future...

Works wonderfully when it works, but when it doesn't it can cause your site to stop functioning altogether e.g.contact forms no longer coming through. There's an issue with Nitropack every month. Something always goes wrong and it's up to you to figure out there's an issue and reach out to their almost nonexistent support for help. When support reaches back out to you, they reach out after 1-2 weeks.

I'm super impressed with the service! After months of struggling to optimize my site performance and having to deal with various different freelance developers,I finally managed to find a solution that does it all for me. The onboarding and setup process was super quick and easy, the help center had answers to all of my questions, my site performance score is in the green and my site visitors are happy with my improved site speed.
Highly recommend it to anyone who cares about fast site performance and doesn't want to deal with all the technical implementation stuff :)

Probably the worst support for a product I've ever seen. I've had a support ticket active for over 10 days...the last thing I heard was "Someone from the Sales team will contact you..."
As a paid customer you states a "1 business day response." It doesn't count just acknowledging the ticket and then not replying anymore.
I mean the product itself is great and I would easily give it a much higher rating. Im just concerned that if I were to actually have a problem, no one would be there to assist.
If the support is fixed, I could comfortably recommend the service to all our current agency clients.
