Customer services are bad

Reviewed on 2021-05-16T18:05:30

I had a Nokia 1.3 and there was problems from the start. Dropping calls, sometimes when I called someone it cut it off etc.I got in touch with customer services which were about as much use as s chocolate fireguard. I got that cheesed off I went to the top and e-mailed them and explained everything and there conclusion it was a faulty phone. So they sent me out a Nokia 3.4 out if the goodness of there heart. Don't get me wrong I am over the moon with the phone, but because the Nokia phone I have is part of the android one project I should be getting security updates each month. I have not had one since March. I know of serious security flaws were hackers can get into a phone with a flaw in the Snapdragon modem and other security flaws that can allow hackers to get into your phone. When ever I get into Nokia's useless customer service they always blame the different operators and where you live in the world. Sorry it's an unlocked phone, so the security updates are coming from Nokia direct.

I bought a Nokia 7.2 - Faulty phone and terrible service

Reviewed on 2021-05-16T16:55:29

I bought a Nokia 7.2, it worked fine for a few months but the on/lock button was a bit temperamental.Less than a year of having the phone the button completely broke. After reading forums online i found out this was a common problem, so a manufacturing fault but unfortunately there are no spare parts for the Nokia button in the UK other than through Nokia themselves. To get the phone fixed I was told that the repair was not included in the phones warranty (despite it being a manufacturing fault) and that i need to send the phone away for an unspecified duration and get by without a phone (i was travelling for work so not possible). Customer service were completely unhelpful insisting that even though its a common issue and manufacturing problem that the only solution is to pay for it to be fixed and get by without a phone for potentially weeks. Avoid getting a Nokia! They sell faulty phones and then make you pay for repairs. Stick with a Samsung at least then you can get repairs immediately.

Phone 5★. Customer service from hell.

Reviewed on 2021-05-09T15:59:14

[1] The Phone. 5★. My phone itself is great (Nokia 7.1) apart from the OS Android One which has severalannoying flaws and Google bloatware (mainly an intrusive google-search-bar on the home screen that can't be removed) and the fact that the volume is either too low or so loud it hurts. The screen and camera and design are all great. [2] The customer service. 0★. Incredibly bad. The people you talk to (my screen broke) have poor English and can't follow simple logic; Instead they only catch some (incorrect) keywords in your sentences and respond to absurd things you didn't ask or say. You have to repeat yourself over and over and over again in order to get anywhere. What's more, my package (the phone sent for repair) got lost in transit, and when I told Nokia they did nothing; They didn't even believe me. So I had to contact DHL myself (and they didn't believe me either, at first) so I had to keep trying. Eventually DHL took it seriously and found the last package in the wrong destination. This caused weeks of delay, and even then Nokia refused to put my phone earlier in the repair-schedule to minimize the lost time and battery damage. They also refused a partial refund. So yeah... Phone; great. Customer service; From hell. If it wasn't for their horrible customer service my next phone would probably also be a Nokia. Now? Not so sure.

NOKIA BACK IN THE FRAME WITH HIGH TECH LOW COST NOKIA 2.4

Reviewed on 2021-05-09T07:16:24

I upgraded my old mobile with Nokia 2.4 android, and for a ton and I bought it from Asda in Clapham Junction. It is a Great Smartphone phone with great pre-installed Apps and not too overwhelming features. I love the style, and the screen size is an impressive 6.5" and has HD 20:9, great for taking pictures. As well as this, it has two-day battery life, fingerprint Sensor Biometric security and comes with Google Assistant, which is just some of the amazing features. Deffinately a whole lot of phone for a little bit of dough. I think Nokia is on a winner here and back in the frame with its impressive smart little chappy, the Nokia 2.4. The only thing is if you are thinking about buying one, do shop around as prices may vary. In fact, I saw some being sold online for to £200 and more by profiteering get rich quick website cashing on an amazing android top-notch phone being sold by Nokia for Peanuts. Unlocking: Most of the ones I have seen online are locked as mine was with Vodafone, so maybe check the unlock policy for the preferred network before you buy as it may vary.

Still no phone after 4 months and no updates

Reviewed on 2021-04-28T16:09:15

I ordered and PAID for a Nokia 2720 in the new year but still haven't received it after 4 months!!They gave a DHL tracking number from last November which they seem to give to everyone and are ignoring all my requests for updates. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in many, many years. The Nokia brand has well and truly gone.
