any problems you passed from foreign call centre ro foreign call centre, usually ending in the phonegoing dead.
If they were the only media company in the world i would buy a type writer and some carrier pigeons

I am having a night mare with my router…

I am having a night mare with my router rebooting every 5 mins. I’m now getting a visit from a third engineer in a week.They have no answer. My daughters are working from home so they have lost a week each so far. I have even overheard a phone conversation where the engineer was told get to his next job and network would look at my problem. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEIR CUSTOMER Service IS THE WORST IVE EVER COME ACROSS.

It's Saturday one of the very few days I get off work. Service down in the area again, has been all day,can't go online, can't watch the TV, have no WiFi. Can't get through to any customer services. I have the privilege of paying £90 a month for this amazing provider, thanks Virgin media 10/10 such great, much amazing.

I have used Virgin for years and they used to be really good but in the last year, I have never had so many issues.My 4G phone connection is much better and I often have to use my personal hot spot to get wifi. the connection is better than what can be provided by my broadband. We are told that we are in a contract and so can't move. If you want to know how well you cope with stress as a result of working from home and trying to do a zoom meeting with teams call join virgin media.

I cant wait for my 18 month contract to expire so I can get away from this dreadful company.The customer service is disgusting. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Absolutely disgraceful.

Honestly, where should I start. I was supposed to have my virgin broadband installed and the whole experience has been a nightmare to the point where I’ve had to cancel everything.Every time I jump on the phone the person on the other end doesn’t understand or speak English very well, think the customer contact centre is on a third world country so that they avoid paying people a decent wage. I got to the point where I was frustrated and just gave up on the whole thing. The deal seemed good to start off with but the from installation onwards the whole process was stressing me out. How is virgin allowed to get away with stuff like this baffles me!!!!

phoned. Was asked for letters from my password. Was told the were wrong.Eventually got through to a human who also asked for letters from my password. It worked, proving that the password I was using was correct all along. Along the way I was forced to listen to a message about Virgin TV, despite having confirmed who I am (a non TV user) and despite having selected Phone and Broadband. Got transferred to customer services who went away to look something up and have never returned to the call which is now over 20 mins so I guess I hang up without my question answered.

Absolutely horrendous!
- They did not close my account when requested
- They claimed what I said onthe phone was incorrect but refused to provide transcripts
- I had to go through CISAS to get my account closed
- They gave me a refund and then a few weeks later a letter charging me again?!
- Every time I spoke to someone on chat (refusing to use phone as they deny everything) I was told something different. If I could upload screenshots, I would!
- They directly contradict each other
- They overcharged me, acted rude and made me chase 6+ months for what should have been a SIMPLE DISCONNECT
- The second they did disconnect, they started hounding me to return the box and threatening with charges (while they hadn't even processed my refund yet)
Worst mistake of my life. Never ever sign up with Virgin or any of their products/services. Genuinely was 30 seconds away from suing them considering all the screenshots / evidence I have. I don't know how they are allowed to operate?
