Orchard really seemed too good to be true and I might have hesitated to use them for that reason had I not been referred by a friend.This was a very easy, no stress experience! I found my beautiful new home, that met every criteria that I had, very quickly. My old home sold within a day and a half and for $28,000 above listing! I cannot say enough good things about Orchard!

This was essentially a painless process. I did not need to keep my house show ready all the time and I did not need to leave my house for showings.Our house was appraised by Orchard, they gave us a percentage of the money up front so that we could buy the house we were wanting. Then we moved out and they took care of showing the house. They always gave us a heads up as to when the house was showing and allowed us to be part of the price decision making. I was really impressed with all their people. They were nice and efficient and got our house sold for a great price.

Having been through the selling and buying process once, we knew the stress involved and we didn't want to go through it again.Having two small children and several animals was just not conducive to multiple showings. We contacted a traditional realtor along with other companies similar to Orchard. We weighed our options and decided to sell our old home and purchase our new home with Orchard. Orchard gave us the foolproof offer of selling our home and the flexibility of finding a home that we truly wanted. Selling and buying a home at the same time is very stressful and Orchard truly made things go as smoothly as possible. I would most definitely use Orchard again in the future.
