We use sustainability as a core focus - not just as a superficial "nice to have". Most importantly we invest in the people and the knowledge that makes this fashion revolution possible. Activism We over invest in a more sustainable supply chain and in our own sustainable innovation, and we inspire activism by supporting important environmental causes. We always explain the how and why - and communicate with our customers and followers about doing what is right. Transparency We believe in showing the true impact of fashion - and always displaying information about where we make our clothes. In order to show the environmental impact to the customer - we've developed our own Impact Index - which is a tool for measuring the true cost of fashion. This tool calculates the total savings for water, waste, CO2, chemicals and energy by comparing our supply chain against the typical industry practices. Honesty We're building a brand that people can trust now and forever by going the extra mile and always making things right (and letting our customers and followers know what is going wrong). We want to be a brand that feels so human you would actually want to be friends with them.

Organic Basics staff went above and beyond to help correct an issue that arose with the clothing I purchased.They offered me a full refund for some sleep shorts/tee that bleed in the wash. Definitely the level of customer service you'd expect when you're paying $50 for a tee shirt, and it was greatly appreciated!

I had to return my items because of the sizes. But I really liked the product so I wanted to buy again just the right size for me.Usually 10% goes off if I request store credit, but they helped me to get the full store credit. I am really grateful.
I also had a difficulty with sending the items back. They helped me to find a way to send it back since I didnt live close to the original post office the system recommended. They are very helpful!
Then I wanted to buy again. For some reason I couldnt pay. So they offered to order it for me. My store credit covered almost all of the sum, but they offered to pay it, because of the malfunction.
So nice! I really feel I was heard and they genuenly helped me.

Amazing company with absolutely great products and love that they do for our earth. The tencel bra are wonderful,the fabric feels good and smooth on my body.
The customer service is above expectations! Very fast answers and solutions.
