One of the first things that caught my eye was the store's elegant and inviting ambiance. The layout was well-organized, allowing for easy browsing and exploration of their extensive range of jewelry pieces.
Extremely dodgy company.
Extremely dodgy company. Terrible customer service, my order took 6 weeks to arrive when it showed a 3 day delivery time at checkout and when it arrived the quality was terrible. I would never use this company again, there is zero customer support and the stuff they sell is bad quality with a high price.
This is not a jewelry, very bad quality
This ORO VIVO chain should not call itself a jeweller as the quality is substandard. I bought a 399€ gold bracelet here. After wearing it a few times, I noticed a few dents in my bracelet. I wore it only for special occasions and after a year, the 399€ bracelet was so ugly I couldn't wear it anymore. The Oro Vivo chain offers a 3-year warranty and when I went, they sent it to repair. A month later they informed me that they can't repair it and I also got no financial compensation , a voucher or new bracelet. Nothing, so keep in mind that if you buy something expensive here, you can throw it away after a year. And the worst part is that they know this bracelet is of very poor quality and it is now priced at €655. If you look up the reviews of this ORO VIVO chain, you get lots of bad reviews and many who experienced the same as me, so be warned, I wish someone had warned me before my purchase....

Ridiculous service, impossible to contact anyone and to get feedback. No updates of your order whatsoever. Do not buy here.
Cheap jewelry from China
First of all, they didn't send the package 7 days after I paid. When I asked when they'll send it, the response I got was something like: It will arrive when it arrives. The earrings I bought were supposed to be 9k carat gold but what I received broke literally within the first minute of my partner trying it on. Instead of 9k gold, these earrings were two pieces of flimsy aluminium glued together. Stay far, FAR away from these people, they are selling very cheap, discoloured looking jewelry made in china. Don't buy from here. Edit: customer service responded and they suggested that we broke it. We need to visit a physical store in Lisbon to get it checked and if it's deemed "bad usage" we won't get our money back. They are completely ignoring the fact that this is not a real 9k gold earring, but two pieces of aluminium glued together and that's why it broke immediately. They ordered it from ali baba or another chinese vendor for couple of cents and are reselling it for a 100 times that amount. I won't get my money back and my gf has nothing for her birthday.
