When I got my periods I would be crippled with pain and pressure. I would just lay in bed or on the floor.I couldn't do anything for the first 3 days.?I get so bloated as well, I would get asked when I'm due and if it was a boy or girl... It was that bad. ? I tried using this but it sadly did not help with my pain. It wasn’t strong enough for me.Also the gel pads did not last that long either. I have a period for 5 days and had to use two lots of gels. I think this device is good for someone who has mild to moderate pain but not severe pain.read more
