A package for two cardigans was stolen and instead of having it being taken care by them they want the consumer to go to the police to file a report!OVER TWO CARDIGANS.unbelievable. I used to shop often at Pacsun but would rather just shop somewhere that cares about their customers more

I bought items from PacSun and Tillys the exact same day. Tillys shipped my items from California(where I live)and the items arrived in 2 days. PacSun shipped my items from Ohio, which is nowhere near the Pacific as the store name implies. I still haven't received my package eight business days later! It's currently in Texas after been shipped back and forth between three different states! Can't decide which company sucks more: PacSun or the delivery service they use Fedex. Suffice it to say I will only order from Tillys again... never PacSun. I hope they go out of business and my comment contributes to it!

I ordered a birthday outfit for my son . The stupid address thing Changed it to Betten Louisiana when I live in Oviedo Florida.I realized I should’ve double checked but as soon as I pressed I realized it was wrong. I called them Spoke to a representative and she said she would cancel it and I can make a new order. I’m not a dummy so I didn’t make a new order! I wake up in the morning guess what shipment confirmation! I tried to call FedEx they can’t cancel it! What if the people keep the items . Where is this warehouse where they cannot cancel something that was just ordered !I will never do it online order with this place ever again. The workers don’t know what they’re doing! And the whole system just seems off. Terrible service terrible system! Awful I plan on disputing with my CC company of these people don’t fix this

Onine Return system has been down for WEEKS!

Their online return system will not work. They tell you to call. Oh sure I want to sit on hold for 30 minutes to return something that I should be able to return online in 2 minutes.I have sent numerous emails asking for an update on when this will be fixed and I am sent to the same return site that is not working or told to go to the store or call. I have been sent email addresses at PacSun who could "help me" but they are out of the office or have not replied. I feel like this is a scam so they make it as hard as possible to return the clothes so that you just keep them and they keep the $$. Customer service is horrible in email and DM through Facebook.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! Pacsun is horrible!!!! I ordered a sweatshirt from them for 29.68 THEY NEVER SHIPPED OUT MY ORDER!!!!!They took the money out of my account. I should have listened to the reviews to this place. They SUCK! Save your money order somewhere else!!! They are horrible. Okay update hello! I contacted the service and they issued a refund. I do still don’t like the fact that I never received my order but it’s okay. As long as I get my money back.

I would give zero stars if I could. Tried to go to a pac sun in Nashville while on vaca and they put up a sign that said be back in an hour right when we tried to walk in.Went to strongsville ohio store today and fitting rooms were closed and one girl told me because they were short staffed. My daughter crossed the rope to look at a hoodie in the mirror and another girl came over and yelled at us , then a guy also came over. So they had at least 3 employees working. She was extremely rude to us . And yelling stuff at us as we were waking out . Will never give them my money and don’t see how they stay in business with their terrible service.
