Paperchase Hospitality Accountancy

It takes a special type of company to be useless and rude about it. Paperchase should be called 'Paper-can't-be-bothered'. The website is full of self-congratulatory PR, yet it's taken them nearly three weeks to process an invoice for £70. They deal with the hospitality industry, renowned for hard work and long hours, yet this bunch of dim bulbs can't even manage the most basic of accounting tasks. I would recommend any hospitality company to either deal with finance in-house or choose another supplier that employs staff with the minimum accounting skills and intelligence, which this lot seem to lack. If you're in this industry, please avoid them. For your own sake and that of your contractors.
