I was having an issue with my art tablet and the customer service helped fix my tablet.The customer service was fast and responded under 24hrs and really good and the products are well made and feel high quality. I purchased the A640 V2 and I am enjoying it.

I can under no circumstances recommend buying from this company!
Little under two years ago I bought their most expensive tablet,the Coast22. From day one there were issues with the drivers and Photoshop compatibility (pen pressure issues) and the tablet got very hot while working on it. After less than two years of limited use (I finished exactly one drawing on this tablet) the screen burned out. Obviously this was a very badly manufactured and faulty product. After contacting Parblo, they informed me that their one-year limited warranty (pay good attention to this fact: ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY!) meant I'd have to carry the cost for repairs plus the cost of shipment, which all in all would set me back at least $300, for a product that cost $500 and broke down after about 40 hours of use at most.
So no, I would not recommend buying their products. You'd be better served buying from Wacom, Huion, Gaomon or XP-Pen, all of which offer better products within the same price range.
Stay away from Parblo!

Some of my friends use parblo drawing tablets and tell me they have a positive experience with it.
I have a XP-PEN Deco 03 but also looking forward to purchasing a tablet monitor.im really leaning on getting a XP-PEN Artist 24 Pro drawing display 24" since a cintiq isnt really in my (or anyones) price range.
I use my ipad pro for some art as well and recently purchased clip studio paint. its a good start. wouldve been cheaper if i had gotten a huion at the time since its half the price of the ipad pro plus applempencil.

I'm having the same pressure sensitivity issues as some other reviewers, I do get a graph like option but when I move that around I have two options,have my pen act like I am right clicking every time I draw a line but with pressure. Or have my lines all be the same thickness and not having a screen constantly pop up. Besides that my drawing program/laptop constantly freezes up so the whole process is incredibly tedious. I can't find a working solution to these problems anywhere and am getting fed up with this piece of scrapyard junk.
I own the coast16, it worked fine in the beginning but as time goes on it works less and less as advertised and I now wish I had spent my birthday money on Wacom, a brand I have worked with before and one I trust completely.
