If I could rate it no stars I would have, Iv been trying to reactivate my account for weeks.Iv sent countless emails to get responses with either a phone number that doesn’t work or the line is so terrible that you can’t hear anything when someone finally does answer!.. The calls have cost me a fortune and I’m no closer to resolving the issue. I don’t know what’s happened to customer service, this company clearly doesn’t think about it.

Deposited 72$ and played a slot machine that drained my balance to under 10$ and while playing,I received a free promotional bonus of 5$. Then after a couple more spins on the slot machine I won and my balance was 190$. I tried to withdrawal but noticed my balance was restricted due to the 5$ bonus requirements of my needing to gamble 175$ before my funds can be release. Of course like all others I did not read the small print in the bonuses. Also the bonus has an expiry date of 2 days upon receiving the 5$. So for that free 5$ I needed to gamble 175$ before I can unlock any of my funds. I contacted support and they said that my funds would expire in 2 days if i don't gamble the 175$ and complete the bonus. I slightly complained and they closed chat, froze my account for 6 months meaning, my funds expire within the 2 day bonus limit and I lose whatever balance that I had on PartyPoker.

At this point I have no reason to believe this site is legit. I consistently get the same cards.Same suit multiple times in a row. And I’m rivered out of torneys thee EXACT way every time. In my common sense opinion, this site has a program or personnel that play on these cash and torney tables.

Had a game tonight and played 3 Tournaments, had KK 3 bet and was jammed on 3rd hand of the tourney.I called and my opponent had Jammed 33. Flop 3 5 9.
2nd Tournament had AA I Re Raised 1 raise and 2 callers all 3 called my 3 bet of 4 times the original raise of 4k.
Nice pot of 70k, flop A97 Rainbow, check, check bet 60k i Jam 2 fold and raiser calls. Turn 2 river 6 he shows 8 10. calls 4 bet and 2 calls with 8 10 off. Terrible calls seem to be rewarded.
3rd Tournament AQ Diamonds raise and 2 callers, flop AQK, I bet he jams i put in my last 20k he shows KQ turn a 7 River a K
To many bad beats for me, played live for years it just happens to often for me personally online so i deleted my online poker from my computer.
Not sour grapes as i play recreationally and dont play because i need the money. I am financially secure so expectations are to enjoy a game and pass some time.

I should have known better, online software and money is a recipe for you losing that money.
I readthe reviews and thought it was just sour grapes people had so I went ahead with an open mind and joined Party Poker anyway. Big mistake which I now regret.
Everything I had read about bad beats was true. This happened to me over and over and all that I managed to do was lose money repeatedly.
I never leave reviews but with this poker site I feel compelled to. No matter how well I try to play, I am always going to lose regardless.
Not a good experience I'm afraid and therefore I can only give 1 star because punters losing their money in this manner is not right

They don't like withdrawals!

For some time this site was ok, withdrawals took max 24 hours, customer service was great.All changed when I started to withdraw more than I lodged. They started to delay withdrawals and today, when I contacted customer service with the question why my withdrawal request is still pending, I got a surprise answer: ''Our security team is demanding additional proof of identity and copy of CC that was used for withdrawals"!!! Unreal! After years of being loyal customer, they demand additional proof of identity and again! copy of my CC which they had already had. Sent it to them and requested to cancel my account. I won't get harassed from anyone. I guess some sites just cannot handle customers withdrawing their winnings.
