Frustration and Stress relieved

I too booked a vacation I thought was directly through Turkish Airlines since it was Turkish Airlines Holiday - which turns out to be PerfectStay. This is deceptive in my opinion. I always book my flights directly with the airline carrier just in case there is an issue. PerfectStay does not see any issue with their application form that does not reflect a person's biometric page on their passport. When I tried to correct my middle name missing, they said it was not a problem for "them", but it is a problem for me. PerfectStay has been very slow to correct this, and yes, I have to pay the fee if and when they correct the name issue. They say it is a fee charged by Turkish Air, but that is not true, Turkish Air does not charge for this. I am still going back and forth with PerfectStay on this issue going on a month and a half. I also think this reflects poorly on Turkish Airlines. I did get contacted by Perfiect stay on this matter by a representative, and my issue has been resolved. As they say, "One call, that's all". I have changed my one star rating from 1 to 4. Hoping for a great vacation to Egypt now.
