Repair costs more than new device

I sent may vacuum cleaner to repair, there was an option to specify max price, I marked 50 euro (the new 149euro).I was not happy with the vacuum cleaner but didn't want to throw it away. I got the fix price 167 euro! Or take it back for 35 euro + delivery. Why did they ask for the max price at all? It doesn't make any sense to repair the device with price higher than its actually cost.read more

The worst online shopping experience ever!!!
1. Worst user interface. You'll never find the right or any products you're looking for.
2.Your product is delivered by the worst service UPS. Your product will never be delivered to you at your house! You will have to go to the pick-up station. Every sickening time! It doesn't matter if you are at home. UPS doesn't exist!
3. Producr returning is a nightmare experience. You will have to go through a lot of process to eventually get to the error!!! It means that you will not be able to return the defect product!!!
I ordered an e-toothbrush and it is literally a defect! It doesn't work.

Ive had many Philips television sets, soundbars, grooming devices etc. And i can only applaud Philips for their quality,style and price. Ive never had a failing Philips device and my first TV still works, it was one of the first Plasma TVs out there! So this is my ode to Philips, you never let me down and i thought i was time i paid some back, hence this review.

My Philips sonicare airfloss is not working anymore. It doesn't charge after 2 years or so. It seems,the quality of the product is not satisfying and cheap. It is very dissaponting. I did really like the product. Therefore 3 stars.
Mein Philips Sonicare Airfloss funktioniert nicht mehr. Nach etwa 2 Jahren lässt es sich nicht mehr aufladen. Die Qualität des Produkts ist also nicht zufriedenstellend und billig. Es ist sehr enttäuschend. Das Produkt hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Daher nur 3 Sterne.read more
