This app has everything I need. I am tired of being scammed by Spectrum and Sling. For $33 a month I get more programming than with either of the other two. Cut the cord and get Philo.

One of my channels disappeared and system needed updating so I called customer service. She was pleasant and had my channel back in seconds. Excellent customer service
Used to watch mostly Philo
Used to watch mostly Philo, but lately I'm really getting fed up with watching 10 minutes of a show to then wait through 4 or 5 minutes of commercials. This is constant throughout the shows. Pretty ridiculous. Paramount and HBO have a lot less commercials.

Philo scores big on price and reliability and customer service. Philo falls short on allowing customers to have targeted ads. On some of the channels its nearly constant horror movie ads some of them very disturbing and they do not offer an ad free option. I had to cancel my subscription due to the these disturbing ads.

App freezes every few seconds non stop
Channel lineup is great, but the app freezes non stop every couple of seconds. Have tried un/reinstalling, clearing cache, and upgrading internet. Nothing works, and it is very annoying
To many Advertisements
I had Philo for quite a few years, then the TV programming changed, use to be able to watch old episodes of shows, then those were taken away, now its endless advertisements .. we'll guess what Philo .. you've lost a customer!
Do not purchase waste of money
Do not, I repeat.Do not purchase this philo. I purchased it to see a series. That pholo advertised it had. Well it does but you can only watch certain seasons and certain episodes. I signed up for 37.99 a month. Season 1 on starts on Episode 9. So then I go to season 2. And I can't even bring up that season. So I go to season three, and it starts on episode nine. It definitely is not worth the money at all. It says, you can watch all the episodes of major crime.But you cannot do that.They release some different dates in january to watch seasons that are missing. Even though this program was produced in 2014, don't be tricked by getting this station. I specifically googled, where I could watch this program and philo was listed. It did not state that oh you can only watch certain seasons.And certain episodes, no, it's very misleading.It makes you think that you can watch everything on this program major crimes. Don't fall for it.Don't waste your money.It's not worth it.I will be contacting them and to get my money back.
